| That looks really good. The blue just pops, while you have solid shading throughout. Good job. | |

| Man I love the way you paint. Two thumbs up! I pretty much appreciate the color scheme. I’m kind of a blue, teal, aqua fan myself. Keep on with the good work. | |

Thanks guys :-) Its difficult with colours as When I do skin i always vary what colours i use to give more realism to an army. Even with the cloak I just used what felt right when I was painting it. here is what I think is used... Kislev flesh Base coat sections shaded with the base mix and mournfang brown 50/50 and others shaded with the base mix and Naggaroth night 50/50 then i final shade of the MB and NN with out the base colour Then the highlights are the base coat 50/50 with screaming skull. I first glazed my shades into the darkest areas, Glazing is taking a very diluted paint about 80% water to 20% paint and gradually building up the colour being sure to paint towards the area you wish to be darker. I then do the same with the highlights being sure to pull the paint towards the area I wish to be lightest. I'm sorry a cannot be more helpful colour wise as I think you need to vary depending on what your feeling. Glazing is a great technique but It takes a long time to achieve. you have to be very patient. I lost count of how long the cloak took but Id say roughly 2 hours. Wet blending wound speed up the process but I find glazing to be more forgiving. I hope this helps and that I haven't just confused everybody more lol

| Well now that looks just awesome! I would like to get a closeup (+50%) of the head, just to see your great work in more detail.
Nice description of your painting, I'll have to try it out as it fits perfectly with my work speed ;-)

| Yeah, a tutorial for everything you paint would be nice - you're THAT good. What colours did you use for the face? Man, this is a gold mine of painting. | |
