Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of using superglue or poly cement in high humidity environments?

Basically...

I'm wondering about the feasibility of putting together my new Scourges in the bath. Don't tell me that's not a great thing to be working towards.

Moisture is what causes superglue to set so high humidity is bad for that. Poly cement relies on chemical reaction to melt the plastic and fuse the pieces together so shouldn't be affected too much.
