1850 point ETC list - high level competitive - Which direction?

So, I finally got a team put together for my country's ETC-qualifier this year (late summer), and I'm trying to figure out which list I want to go with, so I can get some training beforehand. At the moment I have two lists to go from, both at exactly 1850 points:

List 1 lose out on varity, but 232 poison shots and 17 lances speaks for itself.
List 2 lose a lot on poison, only 127 shots, but sports 24 anti-tank shots instead, and also adds the close combat element in grots with succubus.

What are your thoughts? Currently I'm leaning towards list 1. Aside from flyer-heavy lists, I cannot see what would bring it down. It statistically slays 26 power armours per turn on poison alone.

Also, bear in mind that this is a team tournament, so I can probably steer somewhat away from the most direct counterlists.

I do like the first list simply due to the amount of firepower you have T1 and T2.

Does ETC have a CAD restriction? The only thing I can think if is going 2 CAD and getting more Ravagers on the table

Yes, only one primary detachment (CAD or Codex detachment), and one secondary (Allies, Formation, codex detachment.
Hmm.. Comming to think of it, I should probably make it CAD + Realspace Raiders.

Edit: I've edited list 1. It's the exact same models, but now it's mostly CAD, for the ObSec, instead of all RSR.
