| Feast your eyes and behold the carnival of Flesh! And here's what the Finecast sprues will look like! As to the Finecast sprues, I'm not so impressed. It looks like there will be a lot of cleaning up to do on the models. As to the Wracks, OMG AWESOME! The Grotesques are meh for me, but they still look great. Excuse me... | |

| While I am not very into the coven's units, I do like the wracks very much. The grotescues looks quite boring as there seems to only be one pose. Boooring. | |

| Wow! Good find Xelkireth!
I've been waiting for Wracks, (There my WWP deployment unit) and I'm certainly not disappointed! I share the same sentiments as others regarding the Grotesques and the seemingly lack of posing options, which is a shame as I think that the models themselves are quite good and menancing... *sigh* so much to buy... so little money...
With regard to the "Finecast" range, are existing kits going to be re-released as finecast or just future releases? |

| Break dancing grotesques look a bit silly but the wracks are solid. | |

| All I'm saying is there better be more than one pose on the Grotesques or someone really dropped the ball. | |

| Wracks look great. Might get a few boxes, they are way better than my meager converting skills can do.
I had no plans to buy grots... and I never will. Rumored to cost as much as a Clawed Fiend too...

| Hmm, not too sure about the big guys, but those wracks are good. The wracks do look a little static though its not that big a deal. I think I'll wait to see some better pictures, or in person, before I right off the grotesques. I had really hoped for a 3 pack boxed set, but we'll see. GW love a bad photo of their new models too | |

Ya that pose is horrible, imagine an unit of 10 grotesques all looking like that *shudder*

| Wracks look ok. But not very dynamic.
Grotesques look really bad - but the pic isn't great. If the price is as i believe at around £11, then they have nothing going for them.

| Wracks ok if intermixed with the old Grotesques. The new grotesques are to 1 sided even the ones I pick up from another scuplter has the same problem. | |

| All I have to say is that with this, the only thing we're waiting on is confirmation for the Voidraven Bomber, and we will have all of our codex minus the HQ special characters.
That's a lot more than quite a few other Codices can say at this point :3

| Grotesques may just be the first unit I want to convert more than use the official models. Let's hope they are better than this first picture indicates.
Wracks are good, but not as good as I envisioned they would be, considering how amazing the rest of the model line has been.
Thanks for sharing. | |

| I received Junes copy of White Dwarf yesterday which contains a fair bit of detail regarding the new releases (certainly a worthwhile purchase) and its seems that as suspected that the Grotesques don’t have any other poses, as all the pages which contain pictures show them in the same pose. The only option available is swapping their close combat weapon for a liquefier gun. - shadow hunter wrote:

There priced at £12.50 and the Wracks are priced at £20.50 (€17.50 and €26.00)

Each? No grotesques for me. Didn't like the model to begin with, and that price makes it even worse. Oh well, I like the idea of Kabal/Wych armies more anyway.

Yes I’m pretty sure it is each as there's a photo of a single model with the price below it as opposed to the wracks which show the box art. They are priced as a unit of five. |

| And according to the preorders on the GW site 12.50 GBP translates to 17.50 in euros. Whereas using current exchange rates puts it closer to 14.50. For the price of a single Grotesque I can almost buy another box of wyches/warriors/hellions (being only 2 euros more....). The Wracks are 26 euros. Which is pretty reasonable for what you get I suppose. | |

| Yeah - I dont mind the cost of the wracks. But £12.50 for a grotesque, lol. no way.
Wraithguard are a similar price - but luckily I bought all mine years ago when GW still did deals and good prices.

| I think the pricing is gonna put pay to the haemonculus coven lists much like the beastmaster pricing has turned them into a rare unit. Now the Razorwing that is a different matter. | |

I'm pretty sure those are going up to the same price as the scourges ie 22.5€. Also I noticed on my LGS online store that the 'new' incubi are being priced at 28€ I do hope thats a mistake. The 'new' mandrake box price is 26€
