Please provide me with some feedback for my current list for an upcoming local tournament.  I do not specifically know my enemies lists but I will be facing off against space wolves, drop pod space marines force, tau, and necrons.  I believe that this list provides me with adequate poison damage for anti-infantry, anti-air, and anti-tank.  The autarch will provide me with reserve manipulation for my 3 flyers and he will be coming in with the elder jetbikes for late game objective grabbing and contesting.  I plan on running my 2 grot units up one side of the board and getting them into combat on turn 2.  The ravagers will hang back and pepper armor and come in as reserves if needed.  The venoms will obviously focus enemy infantry and monstrous creatures with their poison shots and secure objectives.  I like the succubus because she brings 5 ap2 attacks on the charge and will be placed with a unit of grots to act as a body guard and give her toughness 5.   The hemi will lead the second unit of grots and bring a few rending attacks with his scissorhand.  Let me know what you think and include any recommendations that you may have.  Thanks a bunch!

So I dropped a razorwing, the exarch from the crimson hunter as well as 2 of my basic venom kabolite units to add in 2 units of blasterborn. Does this look better for anti-mech?

It does, though I'm not really a fan of Trueblasters anymore - if they work for you, then great.
Really I think I mostly find myself wondering as o the real point of the attached Eldar allies, at the end of the day I don't think they're bringing you much of value, and at that point my basic response is 'sack them and run more DE' ...of course that's usually my response.

In a more concise and considered series of thoughts;

1. I'd probably sack the Panacea for the Sump on the Haem. It will help him more in assault, and also allow the Grots to keep fleet if you roll that.

2. I have never really understood the point of aethersails on Grot boats.

3. I'm also kind of against night shields on Ravagers - just make sure your concept is to use +1 to cover saves, not +1 to jink saves.

Ok Thor665 I have reevaluated my list after reading your response.  I changed it up a bit based off some of your suggestions so let me know what u think!  The more feedback from yall the better!

1. Absolutely - as far as combat boost to Grots, the Succubus is hands down the superior choice.

2. Well...that depends. If it was me - yes. If it was you - maybe? It depends on how you desire to play the list, really.

3. How do you define adequate anti-air? In my opinion, the way to win a war against an airforce army is to kill everything they have on the ground and then move to be annoying to shoot at and claim objectives for the win. Our codex doesn't really have a good way to oppose enemy air - so I usually build to endure it instead.

4. Well...again, that depends. The Eldar codex is quite potent and has many useful tools in it. That said, to bring stuff you'll have to drop stuff, and at that point the question starts to become 'what do you think you need'?

So after brainstorming with a fellow friend of mine who also plays dark elder, and listening to a few podcasts from Frontline Gaming I have tweaked my list to what I believe will be a solid performer.  So please feel free to provide me with final suggestions and concerns.  

I have gathered a bit more information on the types of lists that i will be facing at my local tournament.  
Space Wolves-drop pod force
Space Wolves-stormfangs with cc troops and dreadnaughts
Space Marines-stormraven, stormtalons, with tyberos with honor guard bomb
Orks-mass troops and bombers

You biggest danger from what you listed will be CC Dreads - those will eat your Grots alive.
Really focus your lance fire there and be mindful of that.

No mantle on the Autarch for a re-rollable 2+ sv? with a 3+ armour and 4+ invul?
