Tournament covenite w/eldar allies

In my last posting I was trying to make a 1850pts list, but I had to many detachments. I am new to the tournament scene of 40k and was not aware that you cannot duplicate or have over 3 detachments. I have trimmed some detatchments to create a pretty solid list.

I like it, The only thing I would consider it trying to get more then 1 Talos in that squad. Not Really sure what you could do here but a squad of 2/3 would be great. I love running 3 Talos with the Dark Artisan formation behind them.

I couldn't add the dark artisan formation tournament limits only 3 detatchments covenite, grotesquerie, eldar cad. Taking another talos would impact one of my formations. I plan on the talos being overlooked by opponents anyway.

That is really up to you. But personally I like the 3 Walkers over the Fire Prism.

I like it, my ONLY concern is Grotesque squads turn 1. You have 3 Haemonculus and 4 squads. 1 of them will be without leadership for the first turn. Meaning any losses they are running, Leadership 3\4 w\aberation. Turn 2 they become fearless.

Not much you can do there. Just make sure to hide the raider with the ones without a Hamonculus.

That's probably the one hiccup in the list, if my opponent wants to focus I on that though and let everything else live I would be fine with that.

Or I can spilt up the Autarch and my grotesquerie haemonculus

Oh forgot about him. Yea an Autarch hiding in a squad of Grosteques.

And with banshee mask mean no over watch when charging hahahaha.

Or just deep Strike the unit without a leader. When they come in, they are fearless.

That is also a viable plan, but that means minimum turn 3 assault

Not to mention 4 grotesque units starting on the board creates target saturation. There are not to many armies out there that want 4 grotesque units hitting there lines.
