rougly said, don't overload your units. We are glass cannons, so expensively equipped units are just not worth it.

On the topic:
Units are to fat in upgrades, 95pts for raider....well its madness, same goeas for rest of forces....for 1k haveing one more troop choice/or long range shooting would do better.

10 wyches is overkill....you want to sit in CC so you dont get shoot.

Splinter racks are usefull only with splinter rifles/pistols? and only if you move 6".

Powers on Incubi?....another overkill...pricy overkill.

As for sybarite....hwy pistol?, splinter rifle is way better....oh and dont worry....ghostplate wont save him.

Try with diffrent setups for your raiders, find what you like, in this codex we have plenty usefull toys to choose from.

I'm neutral on the piracy - because GW is dumb enough to make comments about how they're not a game company, but a model company, which makes me wonder why they try to sell the rules That said, I encourage buying the codex as you are able - it makes life easier.

For 1000 point games this is a silly overpowered unit. Onslaught will barely help you with only 5 Incubi, Murderous Assault is kind of a 'meh' upgrade, and I think Aethersails are really not needed. I'd probably trim back to 3-4 Incubi (personally - I wouldn't run Incubi in 1000 point games, as I think they're too strong.

You *really* don't need that Sybarite. He is just sucking up points and not giving you anything worthwhile. Again - no real point to the Sails here.

Splinter racks on a Wych Raider? Are you going to be doing much shooting from inside your Raider with Wyches? I'd drop that in a heartbeat - it's really starting to feel like you have a 750 point force, and are fielding a 1000 point list. A lot of these upgrades aren't helping you do what the units are about, they're just there absorbing points.

Mostly my advice is, too many fluff upgrades that are overall weakening your force by making it more expensive, but not making it any better. If you're just trying to pad up to play a friend at 1000 you're setting yourself up for trouble unless he is doing the same thing. If he has a functional army at 1000, maybe you should talk about playing a smaller battle until you get more stuff, he ought to be able to scale down better than you can scale up.

HQ: an expensive HQ for 1k, but if you keep him, drop the ghostplate. Its not needed.

Elites: Too many upgrades... and if the archon is going here, you only really need 4. Also I dont like 85 pont raiders... but to each their own.

Troops: Again, more expensive upgrades not needed... with all these upgrades you can have another troop choice... or maybe a Ravager

FA: Fine, but your points are off...

You spent too many points beefing up squads, and thats not how DE works. Use those points to get some more AT, as this is where your list really hurts
