Pure Wyches first army in 40k

i just started drafting my first DE army i want it to be wyches based so i did the following list for 1500 points any tips would be apreciated.
HQ Lelith
troops
5x raiders (dark lance on all) 9 wyches and 1 hekatrix with haywire one of the raiders takes lelith
1x venom 4wyches 1 hekatrix with haywire
1x razorwing jetfighter with dark lances
1x ravager with 4 dark lances and that lands me at exactly 1500

Don't? that's literally all I can suggest. Wyches are bad, like real bad, and the loadouts you've gone with are going to have a very hard time accomplishing what you want to. Furthermore, I can't even critique the choices until I know how you envision this playing out.

First question: What is your experience in 40k?

my vision would be getting to the other side as fast as possible and deploy the wyches. I only have some experience from playing some armies of my friends. I am moving from fantasy due to the whole age of sigmar non sense and had been buying the dark eldar units that strike my fancy so far i have a jetfighter a raider a venom a succubus and a couple wyches and a unit of mandrakes. I would like to start to play DE thats why i thought i should put up a list so i have an idea of what to buy

As long as you would play fluffy armies and not competitive ones, you should be OK and have fun. Although I would cut on basic wyches and expand on reavers and venoms. Another wych-ravager perhaps to mess priorities and mandrakes or two could build a solid army base that should be able hold its ground. But you will require some clever play from objective placement through deployment to clever PFP and drugs utilization.

i just want to play for fun no competitive stuff just friendly casual games with friends as long as the army as a 50/50 chance to win i would be fine with that what would you suggest then aurynn? mind throwing a list my way?

There is much hate towards the wyches these days. Some of it is deserved as they are not exactly good choice. But I still use them usually. They lack staying power which is detrimental even in objective centered play and they lack offensive power to clear stuff from objectives. They excel as tarpits. Thats not a good ability in Objective Secured unit. Will think about the list.

Late game when power from Pain kicks in and due to good drugs they can actually do some damage. As long as you don't attack any flame weapons

Succubus with glaive, WWP and armour of misery (could be animus to emphasize on pfp but as I would put her with reavers...)

2× wyches in venom with 2xSC

5x Mandrakes for trolling

2x RWJ with Dark Lances for hordes and late game tankbust and AA

9 reavers with Heat Lances and Cluster Caltrops. Deployes with Succubus via WWP.

3x ravager with Dark Lances.
