Link to a specific post?

On many other forums I can find and copy a link to a post by clicking on the post somewhere.

I cannot find that feature here.
Is it possible to have it?

Found how to do it with a little trial and error, but still, it would be nice to have an easy feature instead.

I see the difference all right, but how/where do you find the number for each specific post?

That's what I have never been able to figure out.

You can see it if You hover your cursor over "quote", "report" or "lock" button, in link (it have p=xxxxx in "ending", where xxxxx is post number).

(I had to "block" link with colour tags so I can paint it partialy, yet it works )



However making this more "automatic" would indeed would be better for... less potent in Computer-Fu.
