Psychic powers deep strike and WWP + multiple units embarked on a squadron

I have two questions relating to an army concept I am contemplating:

1) If a psyker with the Daemonology power Gate of Infinity joins a unit along with a Dark Eldar character with a webway portal, does the WWP mean they avoid scatter on deep strikes after the initial arrival, or do the reserves words in the WWP entry mean that wouldn't apply?

2) Can multiple units embark in the same squadron? As far as I can see embarkation is on unit to vehicle basis, not a unit to vehicle unit basis, which would allow say a squadron of Falcons to carry multiple units.

Officially nothing in Gate of Infinity indicates that you go back into reserves, since you need to enter from Deep Strike Reserve to activate the WWP I don't see any argument for allowing it to take effect.

There is a ruling for a different rule in the FAQ drafts that says as much.

So repeated Deep Strike with no scatter is out. That seemed an optimistic stretch.

Any issue with multiple units embarking in a squadron of Falcons? Assuming, of course, that each unit is wholly in a single vehicle each.

Actually FWIW Repeated Deep strike without scatter is a valid Tactic as WWP does not care about whether or not you are in Deep Strike Reserves or Ongoing reserves, so It is a viable tactic, you just actually have to get to Ongoing reserves, which the gate can't do, but The Corsair Warp Key generator does. I'm not familiar with any other way to put Dark Eldar units in ongoing reserves.

As for the Squadron question: I can not find any text which explicitly forbids it, or even addresses it except for the notice that each member of the squadron counts as a separate unit for KP purposes, this coupled with the relevant text regarding a single unit being embarked on the vehicle would seem to permit it.
