I think I'd prefer just some formations as @BizarreShowbiz layed out there. There are still 6e codex out there so one would think they'd get some love first, looking at you 3 year old Tyranid codex. Because if we get a supplement we just might not the first codex out in the next edition but like 3rd or so.

If they won't call us Dark Aeldari, maybe they will call us... Aeldarki?!

Point is - in Cadia book you have to take 2+ armies for new Detachment. Scitarii and Mechanicus, Sisters and BT.

Our status as Craftworld helpers can just be cemented, when there will be no sane reason not to take them.

This is my fear.
Even MORE of an incentive to just play Aeldari.

Yeah, well, when i do have reservations to taking CW, i have no objections to taking Harlies. Specially if it will allow to miss some Harlies mandatory stuff and having additional bonuses while taking them.

There are 4 new detachments in Fall of Cadia that I can remember, 2 of them are themed, the other 2 aren't.

The AdMech ones use both Skitarii and Cult and most are glad at another way to run those two armies together as they really shouldn't have been separate to start with. One is BT related, the other one lets you run just about anything from the IoM that isn't a Blood/Dark Angel, Grey Knight, Deathwatch or Space Wolf Marine (god knows why they were left out).

And nothing forces you to run any of this. Besides, if the various Eldar factions get a similar treatment I can see armies of Scatpack Windriders with Cluster Caltrop Reavers being the big thing, no tax's required.

Didnt recieved book yet - but there is 2 HQ requirements judging by rumours and at least 2 factions. Bonuses are sweet.

Please please nothing like that. Anything that promotes spam armies is sooooo bad for the game...

Even if we can, I'm not going to use any craftworld stuff. Not only do I not like the hilariously imbalanced rules for them, but I don't really like the look of the models, or the fluff for them.

"Payment in soulstone gems, captured slaves or jokes" seems fairly obvious.

Because Eldar, Dark Eldar, Harlequins and Corsairs already aren't Battle Brothers?

Slapping us all into the same army would be straight ridiculous. Deep striking Fire Dragons/Wraithguard in Venoms/Raiders again, excellent. Taking Grotesques with Shadowseers in your elite slots, yes. Taking Venom spam WITH a Wraithknight WITH Shadowseers alksdkasdjngkfgn sign me up

It will take a number beyond reckoning, thousands, to stop the cheese.

There are pretty hefty restrictions on them at the moment (outside of Unbound). If you want Shadowseers who are capable of joining other units, for example, you are currently forced to run either a full Masque detachment or the Cegorach's Revenge formation. Both are pretty significant point and model investments.

True that. Current state is waaaaaay better in terms of game balance.
