That was some awesome viewing! Gotta love the pragmatism The Spider brings to his DE play. Influenced by him, I've been having a crack at MOAR Reavers in the local scene. They've been going at it 50/50, but when they win, they win BIG.

I've used a similar RJB build but I have been opting for Arena Champs as "LD epic fails" have happened a bit too regularly and mucked up my plans.

I used to be such an anti-squad leader person, too.

So you invest in Reavers instead of venoms?

Definitely makes me rethink running them in 3's. Going to give 6 a try for sure.

I'm new but I've been running them in 6s b/c I heard a few Lawrence interviews about how he ran them. I don't really care for the blaster upgrades because you wind up snap shooting them all the time. For every 4 units of them you can run a Scatbike squad instead. I don't think they are nearly as good in the Ynnari faction because of how much Reavers benefit from Power from Pain. That ability wins me games consistently.
