I thought some of the codex's had a CP to take another relic?

I believe they're all the same:
You get 1 Relic for free.
You can spend 1 CP to get a second Relic.
Or you can spend 2 CP for 2 additional Relics.

However, you can never have more than one Relic per character. That's what I believe they were referring to.

I don't know about anyone else, but even with the nerfs to Conscripts I'm still having a horrendous time against Guard. They can still bring plenty of infantry, combine it with a huge amount of tanks, mortar fire which doesn't need line of sight, more command points than we could feasibly ever have...

It just seems like a nightmarish match-up until Chapter Approved or our Codex.

I think IG are just a bad matchup for Dark Eldar. Even if you leave out their extra Command Points, they're practically the polar opposite of the elite armies that DE excel against. Not to mention that poison is an active detriment against their infantry.

I think we need to really focus on objective placement against them.

Either centralize them to force melee with our strength based attacks such as wyches or beasts

Or if they castle, far out to force them to spend commands on move move move rather than first rank second rank
