haha, yeah i have double defiant disorder (sever dyslexia) so i always miss spell things with b/p/d and m/n and a/o.

Rabid fire almost sounds fluffy too! amishprn86 - I really wouldn't have expected dyslexia based on the many posts I have seen on here.

I want rabid fire weapons. The closer you get, the more hits you take!

Tactical Tidbit - RABID DOGS ...make sure you poke them to increase violence level and damage output, less sunlight increases AP value.

@Skari how do you deal with tournament level Imperial soup lists using only Dark Eldar?

Well, Imperial Guard can be so varied... anything specific? Any point level? What mission format? All these things matter.

Hey Skari, not sure if anyone asked you this yet....

Why do you pay the CP tax to make your farseer an aux detachment? At the moment, since you're playing an index army, you can just take him as an HQ choice since he has the aeldari keyword. All you would lose is the craftworld traits.

(I suppose the strategems too, but with only the single farseer, that likely isn't a huge loss)

He probably knows what he will be spending CPs on during creating the armylist and found that he does not need that "one". :-)

Its not about maxing CPs. But knowing what you will spend them on.

Thinking mostly Guilliman artillery lists at a standard 2000 point level.

They are 15 bases, 5 birds on 1 base.

@Silverglade - If I don't take a full detachment I would have lost the objective secured on the kabalites... so losing the one CP for the farseer is worth it in a maelstrom format just for that reason.

As for the Gillian artillery list... you need to have things that can tie up the tanks... get the blasters and lances onto the manticores and the mortars .... you have to play aggressive and get in their face fast... use charges from your venoms and raiders to tie up tanks!

Why not a spear head or something similar to add to the farseer instead?

I use a supreme command detatchment:
Eldrad
Warlock
Warlock

You can use a Farseer for making it cheaper. I know I use them with a footslogging court, but even alone they can move around the table getting cover.
And it helps with deny the witch, more powers, stratagems (+1 to cast for Farseer and 1 Warlock).

Yes with a footslogging court works better, but it can be an idea.

No, they are 25mm.

Tactical Tidbit - 20 Kabalite Warriors - ynnari, double shooting at a doomed enemy is fantastic!

What 20 warriors do, 20 guardians do better though.
