New Haemonculus seeks wisdom (2000pts)

Greetings fellow Dark-kin, I am a Haemonculus new to the Dark City who has recently taken to do some field tests with my new experiments and I need some advice as I am not used to 8th ed. Dark Eldar.

My forces are currently thus:
Haemonculus with Electrocorrosive Whip and Liquifier Gun 96pts
1 unit of 9 Wracks with an Ossefactor and Flesh Gauntlet 117pts
1 Raider with Dark Lance (for the above Hamonculus and Wracks) 115pts
2 units of 5 Wracks with an Ossefactor in each 136pts
2 standard Venoms (for the Wracks) 160pts
2 Talos Pain Engines with Chain-Flails and Haywire Blasters 238pts
1 Haemonculus with Hexrifle (to buff as much as possible on the first turn) 87pts
1 unit of 5 Grotesques using a Webway Portal 200pts 1CP
1 unit of 5 Mandrakes 95pts
1 unit of 5 Scourges with 4 Darklances 150pts
1 unit of 9 Kabalite Warriors with a Darklance 83pts
1 Archon with Blaster and Agonizer 73pts
1 Raider with Dark Lance (for the Kabalite Warriors and Archon) 115pts
1 unit of 3 Reavers with a Grav-Talon 95pts

I don't know what to do with the last 240pts, I was considering a flyer or more Wracks. Also what do people make of my list so far? My opponents are typically Tau, Tyranids, Space Marines and Necrons.

Well the unit of Kabalites needs to be 10 to have the darklance ... But otherwise that last 240 could easily go to a Razorwing jetfighter or a Voidraven with a little left over for some more Wracks and if you really wanted to you can drop the archon ... He doesn't add much. Or take a full unit of grots in the webway.

DE flyers are not a bad option plus you could bring more lances or anti-tank that way.

I agree the archon and the warriors could be dropped. More wracks and haemonculous to keep spreading the buff wouldn't be bad or more grotesques with a haemonculous to give them T6 would hurt either.

More scourges with dark lances wouldn't hurt either as one squad can be focused down easily and they have a majority of your darklances.

Lastly, not sure about the loadout on the talos. I haven't really used them much since 8th but double macro scalpel seems to be the way to go.

I'll let go of the Kabalites and replace them with 10 Wracks with another Ossefactor, I wasn't convinced by the Warriors and the Archon anyway.
I'll add a copy unit of the Scourges and another 3 Groteques to the portal squad, and that should round up my list to about 2000pts.
