Heya! this is my first dark eldar army just because i love the haemonculus fluff. I am mainly going to play agianst my friends tau (no hammerheads, just a piranha or two).
This is what i have in mind:

HQ

Haemonculus, Wwp, scissor hands, 100pt
(going with wrack squad 1)

Troops

8x wracks, 1x acothyst, scissor hands, 125
9x wracks, 1x acothyst, scissor hands, 135
Raider 60pt
Raider 6opt

Fast attack

2x beastmasters 10x khymera, 144pt
2x beastmasters 10x khymera, 144pt

5x scourges, 2x dark lance , 140

Heavy support

Cronos, spirit/probe vortex, 110pt

Scourges will be in cover and shoot dark lance's agianst heavy units or vechiles. Beastmasters and Cronos will arrive from wwp.

The Beasts unit I don't know 100% how they work but... do you need 2 masters?

Also, 10 doggies area HUGE footprint... if your opponent has even 1 lone unit "circling" the WWP... how are you going to fit them? Smile

Sounds like a fun list though Smile

Yeah, it's 1 beastmaster for 5x khymeras. Well i could drop some wracks for another haemi in squad 2 and get a venom instead, and maybe drop acothyst? Smile

The first thing that strikes my mind then i lock at your list is this little thought, way a wwp?
This army list does not need it, not at all. For a wwb tactic to be useful it should include at least two of them, and two wwp is a lot of pts, in a 1000pts army those two portals would be 10% of your army, that’s just ridicules.

Now to way one portal is kind of meeh.
You deploy your raider caring your portal 12 inche in on the table, your first turn you fly 12 more and deploy the portal. If your troops arrive during turn 2 they now start 24 inches in. If you deployed your beasts instead they would also be deployed 12 in on the table. Move 6 and fleet around 4, which are around 22 inches in. However, if the units don’t arrive before turn 3, or in worst case scenario turn 4, they would have covered more ground without the wwp.

Then we have your units.
wracks
liquefier guns, take them, they are that awesome. If you have to choose, replace the scissors with them. The chance for a ap1 flamer is just too good to ignore.

Beastmasters:
consider to replace some of the khymera with soma razorwings, my experience with these is that they are even better mixed.

Scourges:
having dark lances on scourges, is not in my opinion the best option. There is a large thread around here that discuse the scourges loadout, https://thedarkcity.forummotion.com/t1059-best-weapons-for-scourges .

Cronso:
I´m no fan of this one, I would consider to replace him with a talos with chain flails and tw haywire blaster. He whuld give you a long rang anti tank gun, and cc support for your wracks.

I would drop the scourges and get 3 TB with 2 DL or 3 Blaster + a Venom w/ 2 SC instead. Or get a Ravager w/ FF.

Scourges w/ DL are too immobile - Ravagers move 12" and are able to shoot all their lances

9x wracks 1x acothyst, 2xliq, agoniser, raider, 210pt
5x warriors, 1x blaster, Venom 2x splinter cannons, 120pt
5x warriors, 1x blaster, Venom 2x splinter cannons, 120pt

Fast attack

5x Scourge 2x dark lances 140pt


Heavy support

1x talos, chain flail, TL haywire blaster, 115


I keept the scourges because if i have a ravager it won't last the first shooting phase because it is just such a easy target when fielding just one lonely. so i rather have a unit of 5 with inv save so i can allocate the first wounds on the shardcarbine guys.

I wouldn't count too much on the scourge invul... but the cover save is another story Smile

I like you list... at 1k, probably a nice compact idea Smile

Is it really worth it to run the WWP just for the single Talos and maybe the Scourges? Both will do fine starting on the table (frankly, the Scourges will do better) and that's a lot of points you can free up there.
