2k Tantalus + Poison Spam vs. Tau

Dear fellow Archons,

I'm up against 2k points of Tau this sunday and would like to hear your opinion about the list I built for this.

Some background information:
First: I really consider buying a tantalus, but I would like to play it a few times before, so I really want a tantalus in my list (will use 1 or 2 raiders as proxy).

Second: I really love coven and talos is probably my most loved model. So I want to field at least a unit of 2 talos (taloi???).

Third: I  only have three raiders and no ravagers. This means if I use 1 raider as proxy for the tantalus, I can just use 2 raiders or ravagers (if I use raiders as proxies for ravagers).

The tactic:
With this list I will for sure finish deployment first and get a better probability for the first turn.
The tactic is to use lots of splinter weapons and dissies to kill shield drones. Then the darklight weapons can do their job. Coven units are using mobility stratagems to get close to the enemy (Fire and Fade, Webway Portal, Black C.).
Should he get the first turn, hopefully he will redirect some of its firepower towards the coven units getting +1T from haemi, before the haemi embarks the venom to get into CC.
Venom will transport HQs into CC.
Tantalus and Ravager are long-range shooting platforms.

I would drop an ossefactor for a PGL and maybe grizzly trophy. Archon 2+bs shooting assault D3 and 3d6 for D3 MW for 1 CP. Too good to pass up!
