1500 Cult + Coven

I'll be play testing this list in an upcoming 1500 tournament my local game store is organizing. The only restriction is that we are only allowed up to 2 detachments (which really shouldn't be an issue as I'd struggle to fit 3 in at that point level), units have to painted (at least 3 colors) and all units from a detachment have to be painted uniformly.

I expect the 6 Talos Pain Engines to do most of the heavy lifting. It's only 8 units to "deploy" and I think the haywire and disintegrator cannons will probably be enough anti-tank to deal with most threats. The only thing I'd say that wasn't competitive here would be the Wych squads but I've had some success with them in the past. I'm expecting to go up against a wide range of armies (Necrons (mix of units), Blood Angels (Death Company + Sanguinary Deathstars), Tau, Marines, and some Eldar, Tyranids so really it has to be an all-comers list.

I feel its a competitive list at my local gaming store, but since I imagine everyone plays at a different level, I wanted to ask if you thought this list would be competitive at your gaming scene? And if not, how would you change it?
