Want to start playing 40k with this army

So, last year my cousin start playing 40k with Iron Hands and I think this game is awesome, I love turn-based strategy games like xcom and 40k is pretty the same, so I want to start playing with Drukhari, I'm a student so I have a pretty low budget, I saw the new Drukhari Poisonblade Raiding Party, that has:

1x Archon
20x Kabalite Warriors
3x Reavers
1x Venom
1x Razorwing Jetfighter
1x Talos

I need help with this because I'm planning this list:
2x Archon
20x Kabalite warriors (2 blasters & 2 shredders)
2x Venom
1x Raider/Ravager
1x Razorwing Jetfighter

I was thinking to trade with someone in the local store the 3x Reavers + 1x Talos for 1x Archon + 1x Venom or just for 1x Ravager.

What do you think? All help is welcome. Thank you

It would probably be better for the goal list of yours to have 3 units of kabalites- that way you can have a battalion and thus have more command points.

Also, there is no way that an archon is worth the reavers and a talos. That's a pretty bad offer.
Talos are very good, but seeing as you don't seem interested in haemonculi covens, it's fine to drop it. That said, my god do not trade it for just an archon. It'd be worth almost 3 archons from price alone.
