Definitely a lot of very good things in there to get you a competitive list.

The 2 things that stand out to me that you could tighten up are:

1) The scourges. 2 different kinds of weapons is always a non-starter for me, especially considering the short range of shredders. To get value out of scourges, you need to make sure you drop them in the ideal spot to damage something and stand a reasonable chance of surviving the retaliation. By mixing weapons, you're forcing yourself into specific spots, somewhere that allows the blasters to threaten one thing, and the shredders to threaten something else. Choose a role, and go all in on it.

2) I think you could fairly easily drop a raider. It looks like you've got 3 to transport wracks and, in my experience, it's not necessary. One raider full of Incubi and characters, and another with wracks in support should be fine. That leaves 2 squads of wracks on foot to grab near and mid-board objectives. With Black Cornucopians, the risk is even lower.

If you dropped the scourges and a raider, you could fit in the coveted 3rd ravager.

Dropping the Scourges and raider is a great idea. I didn't even think about having to wrack squads on foot. Thanks!
