With all the crazy combos that harlequins offer, I feel that leaning into them and using Drukhari to supplement makes the most sense. Between pivotal roles, warlord traits, and relics and the sheer number that I'm allowed to take with strats makes them very powerful.
But the things harlequins can sometimes a hard time doing are building screens against aggressive plays and having obsec that can actually hold objectives for a few turns.

Basically the plan is the super sniper DJ and the Troupe Master start in boats with small squads and the large squad hides, as do the bikes. The other DJ gives the whole army feel no pain with the relic and the shadowseer protects them. Then build a moat with 2 if not all 3 squads of wracks.
Drain the moat to flood the mid board with T5 bodies and sally out of the castle with the harlequins to cause mayhem with the enemy army.
With every model in the army having an invul save, 5+ feel no pain, and some sort of "transhuman" mechanic (PoF Coven's 1-3 wounds, and Light Character's 1-3 hits miss), it should be a real chore to chew through, while being both killy and numerous.
