| Hello all. I normally do not post introductory threads but for some reason I felt very inclined to post one on The Dark City. I am the admin from the brief but somewhat popular commorragh proboard site. After closing it down I kept getting asked if i would open a new site, which i did (http://darkhive.proboards.com/index.cgi) Now I was informed of this website by a uh......ambassodor from this forum. I'm glad to say I really like this place  Now about my hobbies....I collect Imperial Guard (1750 pts), Dark Eldar (1500 pts) orkz (1750 pts) and for fantasy I'm thinking about playing with skaven. I enjoy paintball, Playing xbox 360, PS3 or minecraft, airsoft, lurking the interwebs and using my carpentry talents to build stuff (for the lulz of course) Thats about it  | |

Around upper 60-ish and lower 70ish within the first 5 months (forum only lasted about 6 months) only like 50 of the users were active after their first week. Meh, I see nothing wrong with your forum. I just hope you don't lose all of your posters to dakka like me (dakkadakka is the only wargaming forum I despise due to their lack of post originality and constant agreeing) Also I forgot to mention I ♥ playing my guitar (its a dean, good brand IMO) | |

| Welcome to our side of the Dark City.  As to Dakka, I've actively been recruiting from their board. Many of their Dark Eldar "celebrities" haven't given me the time of day or even returned a PM. So frak 'em. | |

| Dakka is about quantity over quality anyway, I doubt we'd find many DEldar generals who aren't bandwagoners there. | |
