1500 Throne of Skulls list- take 1

I had won a tournament using the Dark eldar, so i won a free entry into the Throne of Skulls.
pretty cool.

However, it is 1500 points....
I have to be competitive, fast and have a balance between hth and shooting.

My list:

Asdrubeal Vect
9 Wyches, hydra, hekatrix with pgl, venom blade.
raider/ sails

Baron
15 hellions/ champ w/venom blade

4x 5 warriors/ blaster
venom/ extra splinter cannon

ravager 3x dark lances

ravager 3x dissies

1497 points.
Not happy with the PGL, but nothing else seems to fit for those 10 points...
