why did you not take liqufier on wracks?

They couldnt take liquifiers on the wracks as you are only allowed 1 for every 5 troops

then why take only 3
if you dropped one unit you would get the points to take 2 more in the other units along with more wargear

I only take 3 as its cheap and they are scoring they give me the choice to take some venoms and I can steal one of the squad's pain tokens with my succubus to give the Incubi 2 from the get go, and they are easy to hide. They then try and suck and live for the rest of the game, or I leave the other 2 squads in reserve to walk on.

The Guardians provide more durable scoring ability (aside from against template weapons lol) with Fortune and Embolden, and any deepstrikers have to face the Wraithlord who essentially performs a goalkeeper role on my backline to protect the troops.

Flyers, Incubi, wyches and venoms move forward and try to kill as much as possible

i read your repot and i see how it work's now, i like how you play i would change some things but that's just me like a said earlier with the liquefiers

I don't exactly see the point of the guardians. You can get 10 DE Warriors with a Dark Lance for cheaper (although you can't fortune that). I'm assuming the squad is just going to sit by the quad-gun with the Farseer and get fortuned all game, so why not take Rangers? 7 is 133 (and you conveniently have 3 spare points) and they'll have 3+ cover and probably do more damage than 1 BS3 missile per turn.

Bugs N Orks - you make a good point re the Rangers - if I get time before the tournament to playtest (I am in my last year @ uni so no time!) then that could give me the opportunity to try. The original thinking is that the Guardians basically provide ablative wounds for the farseer with a (small) likelihood of providing a bit of fire support with the EML - which I mostly shoot the plasma/frag round at infantry, as you point out there's not much chance of hitting stuff with the krak. With fortune + Embolden they are nigh impossible to shift unless assaulted, which is why the wraithlord lurks about the place.

However, I like the idea of possibly Prescience-ing the Rangers now that you bring it up, so yeah I may give that a go

So I liked the idea on the rangers, plus one or two other tweaks that I thought may help the list, like hefty cheating, flat-outing guardian jetbikes for the cheap win
