1st list for a new DE player, 1500 points

Hello Dark Eldar, I'm thinking of picking up DE for a change of pace with the different playstyle and painting opportunities. I've been doing some readings on the forum here and thinking about what I might like to use. So here is the 1st list I developed, it comes out to 1497.

HQ
Archon, Shadow Field, Agnoizer

Troops
9 Wyches, Haywires, Raider (Dark Lance)
10 Wyches, Haywires, Sybarite, Power Sword, Raider (Dark Lance)
10 Wyches, Haywires, Sybarite, Power Sword, Raider (Dark Lance)
10 Wyches, Haywires, Sybarite, Raider (Dark Lance)

Fast Attack
9 Reavers (3 Heat Lances, Arena Champion)

Heavy Support
Ravager (3x Dark Lance)
Ravager (3x Dark Lance)
Ravager (3x Dark Lance)

Fortification
AEGIS Defense Line (no equipment)

Basically, I have the ADL for a nice, wide 4+ cover save to deploy behind, and leave my Ravagers to operate behind. The Reavers, Wyches and Archon zip up and assault stuff that the Ravagers have hopefully blown open (the heat lances will help here as well.)

Thoughts?
