Obviously, no major changes are likely, since its a battle force, an archon and another raider
But all suggestions are welcome.
Particular thought was to use a succubus instead of an archon, but, well, I'd happily march off to war surrounded by nine wyches

Ended up with two battle forces

Two Soul Traps?
Lose the Night Shields on one Raider and give one archon (warlord in shielded raider) a shadow field.

Built the Raiders, except the crew and guns (magnetising the guns and no super glue (plastic glue wont hold it)

I'm liking that your using the wyches instead of the warriors
How about switching the Archon to a Succubus with a venom blade? Or if you prefer the Archon then a shadow field would be fab.
I would also suggest changing the Hydra Gauntlets to Razorflails, there much better on average imo and maybe some flickerfields on those raiders

Hey im coming back to 40k new to DE as well and I was going to post this same list up pretty much. So my question is, what is better at this point level with the wyches? Succubus or Archon?

I would say a succubus is best in low point games. She is amazingly cheap for what you get, and that frees up points for you to take more troops. I would either go for:

Succubus, venomblade - 70pts

Or

Succubus, agoniser - 85pts

Its not a points effective list, its just the models i can glue together in time

Everything is mostly built, I cant find a left handed splinter pistol to go with the right handed sword in the Kabalite Warrior Box, so my Archon is one armed, and none of my wyches have heads, or knives....

Allied with 1800pts of Orks against 1200 guard and 1200 Marines.
I had a plan, I failed it. I had carefully marked out my movements, and then I turbo boosted into the open in the enemy DZ

Luckily, cover saved me, I lost a dark lance, and the other shaken or stunned, whichever is worse

Assaulted Turn two and haywired a plasma tank and a vanquisher to death.

Return fire from guard wiped out my warlord and his squad, he failed his first shadow save and then got mown down by lasguns.

Other archon tanked a ferocious amount on his shadow field, wiped a guard squad, tanked some more, finaly lost it to a las pistol and then butchered a command squad on his own (wyches were there, but didnt get to attack)

Orks chewed up the space marines, terminators should not fight ork boys, EVER.

A slight misplacement saw the assault squad and captain chased off the board by a bike squad, and it was pretty much a slaughter
