The Monthly Vow - April, new Tau are almost here

Forget the "Segway of Khorne", April 6 and the new shooty Tau are fast approaching. The good news is that GW is already running low on stock and so some opponents won’t get their new toys for another couple of weeks. Sniff

But you are still going to have to come up with a new game plan and get some new units painted up. And strap some more armour plate on to your gasoline-soaked, flying cardboard boxes.

So, *cracks the agoniser at the unruly mob* what are you waiting for?

Sign yourselves up, make a vow about what you are going to build/paint/convert during the month of April, and then show us your progress with a picture (we really operate on the honour system, but pics are such great motivators).

I vow to complete four Trueborn and one Succubus.

i vow to complete my 2 razorwing jetfighters, a raider, and my 4 (or 5) incubi.

I am going to paint a 3rd unit of 6 Reavers (bringing my total to a not-quite-Mushkilla-like 18 Reavers) plus I will repaint 5 of my old Fenrisian Wolves which are my "counts as Khymerae to match the newer ones I painted up.

If I get time I'm also going to make some Venom-sized craters, strewn with spare bitz, to use when my transports explode.

I hate to make it two months in a row of non-DE stuff, but it is what it is

I vow to get my 6 Reavers finished, and to get to stripping the paint off of the used mini's, particularly the venoms, I just bought to get them ready for next months vow.

I will get 5 more Hellions presentable and finish my model of a Reaver bike that's been stolen by a couple of hooligan hellions and taken on a joyride to realspace.

As I've just had a Battleforce in, there's plenty I could vow. However, I'll start small and vow to complete 10 Kabalite Warriors and a Talos Pain Enige I'll be submitting into a small painting comp on May 4th.

I'm hammering out the skin on the Talos...it's going to be tight. (Totally gave up on the non-DE stuff for this vow)
