Incubi ride in the Venom, as do the Trueborn. The Warriors go in the Raiders.

I don't have an tactical advice for you, but you cant put a splinter cannon in a 7 man squad of warriors, has to have at least 10.

And, even if you could it would cost 73 not 70. Your Incubi points costs also seem to be wrong, unless I'm going mad.. I make them:

Unfortunately that's going to put you over cost.

I'd probably revise the 7 man squad to a five man with blaster and plonk it in another venom, or possibly a wych with haywire, saving you 18pts (and making the squad legal). I'd drop the flickers on the remaining raiders for another 20pts and switch out the clone filed + drugs for a shadow field. I'd also strongly consider a Phantasm grenade launcher to make your incubi more bitey.

I'm going to change the 7 man to a 5 man with a blaster, in a Venom With the extra points I save I'm going to simply buy some necrotoxin missiles. I was also thinking of adding a 5 man wrack squad to LOS and hold a base objective.

The bomber benefits greatly from flicker field. Even more so than the Ravagers. But with missiles it tends to get very expensive very fast.

Splinterborn are great but I'd not deploy in venom though. The Venom needs it 12" move most of the time to get out of harms way while still able to shoot. But if there are flying monsters around the situation is totally different.

Ah so heavy weapons on the men inside are affected even when the transport is moving? Yes, flickerfield on the bomber definitely. I'll take the trueborn out of the venom and put in 5 wyches with haywire grenades. That would be all my points.
