Harlies and Transports

Alright, hit me with the noob tag, but I have read that Harlies can take transports but their entry on page 42 and page 87 does not have the transport listed, like the wracks, kabalites and so on do.

So short question, can they or can't they?

They can ride in another transport, but they cannot be bought their own dedicated transport.

the FAQ on the Veil of Tears asks about Harlies in a transport, hence my confusion. Thanks for sorting it out
