left field answer here, but I really think Edvard Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King is good for the DE.
Prefer the Savatage version
Stone cold CLASSIC. Man I love that track, though it features on my minecraft playlist as opposed to my DE one.
On that note though....

I often quote this song during my games. I could particularly see the Duke jamming to this

Or if we wanted to torture our opponants we could just blast safety dance no stop. Then again maybe that is to cruel even for de.

If I wanted to toture my oponents, I'd get some really good noise-cancelling earphones and blast Justin Beieber at them. A weapon of last resort, and the cost of earmuffs for my troops would be hugh, but the agony we'd harvest, oh!
And I'd strap any captives taken to a chair, stick a saline drip and a catheter in them, cut off their eyelids, and make them watch My Little Pony for a month straight.
Nonstop.
With every scene containing a villain excised.
With agony harvesting equipment nearby.

Perhaps a bit more Chaos than DE, but works for both.
Remember, other bands play, Manowar KILL!

Metal always seemed to be more suited to the more fanatical of the Chaos factions. As others have mentioned, Night on Bald Mountain is exceptionally well-themed, as is the ultraviolent styling of A Clockwork Orange, as well as some of REPO! The Genetic Opera's soundtrack (though I don't really... like much about REPO!, save for its aesthetic)
The Winter Soldier's theme from the eponymous Captain America movie fits the Dark Kin pretty well: Dark, industrial, and exhilarating, like playing a post-apocalyptic symphony with torture implements

Everyone's playing a variant of death metal or something, but I myself see Dark Eldar as being synonymous with synth-pop and EDM.

Good to see this thread still going. ^_^
Here's some more electronica and industrial music I forgot to mention in my other post.
The soundtrack for the video game The Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver is really fantastic and Dark Eldarish. It was all done by Kurt Harland, who was the frontman of the 80's synthpop band Information Society. The music for the game was inspired by the band's last album, Don't Be Afraid. It's much darker and more industrial than the band's early work, which was more synthpop dance club music (Incidentally, one of their very popular tracks is heard in the dance club scene in the movie American Psycho, lol). The entire album Don't Be Afraid is really Dark Eldar and so is all of the music he went on to create for the games.
Darkwave music is pretty Dark Eldar (unsurprisingly). I'm surprised there's been no other mention of the genre yet, a problem for which I largely blame myself. My two favorite darkwave bands are The Cruxshadows and The Last Dance.

Found a good song to put on as you throw your grots at your enemy, could use it as the trigger to make them go all 'BERSERKER RAGE!', unfortunately due to being a new member I cannot post links or anything of the sort. The Song is Awaken, by Dethklok

I thought some of you who like metal and electronic styled musics might appreciate this band for Dark Eldar feel. I always have their songs on while I paint my DE. This is Psyclon Nine - Suffer Well, but they have quite a few songs in their library that fits the bill, imo.

And now for something completely different!
Jill Tracy is a glam noir, dark cabaret, post classical singer and pianist. She describes her music as a portal to the elegant side of the the netherworld. It's like the Dark Eldar opened the Webway in the Great Gatsby.
