this isn't telling what I'm doing so, Claus, the 16th is my birthday, and I'm going to order some stuff for my project on Saturday probably, so I may not be done by the 16th, the latest will be the 20th, but we'll see I suppose

I confirm reception of target, this might take a little longer than my norm as I think his request is not something I can easily work with from my current collection, so we'll have to see what we see...

Good news! I was proxied into the competition. I have some dark and disturbing plans in motion. Placed a order this evening! I think I should have everything ready to send a suitably satisfying for my victim. Having a lot of fun with this already.

Hmmm, I seem to have stopped receiving updates when this thread gets new posts - most go and flog my web-watching minion.

Anyway. Victim received; dark muses consulted; donors for consituent parts identified, captured and dismembered... Only a little fleshcrafting remains and before I can despatch the latest product of my evil genius to its new owner.

Excellent news, I have received my first tracking number! The first device gift has been sent to its victim.

As a head's up - my expectation is that my gift will end up arriving after the Christmas deadline. I could be wrong, but I'm counting on a shop in England to ship me some minis over here to the States, that will then have part of them shipped to my victim.

Since Archon Claus knows what I was asked for I suspect he understands why it wasn't just a kitbash and go operation for me this year

If the mail gawds look kindly on me (I did place the order in November) it all may still work out regardless. But in the interest of keeping AC in the loop - that's the sitrep at the moment.

As an update; after much lateral thinking we are currently in the final stages of modelling; paint to start in the next few days. With any luck and a bit of whipping, my victim should have their gift in time for the holiday. I have been logging my progress visually as well, and will be posting in the project log my progress, my first ever project posting should be rather auspicious!
