It took me quite a while (i started about last August)
I was often experimenting while painting as you can see on the greenish yellow which varies quite a lot.
Comments and critic are welcome don't hold back as you can help me improve.
GW shop guys said they look good for a beginner but i guess they have to

Im a fan of all the bright and bold colours. I like all kinds of Eldar to be bright and beautiful and you have certainly achieved this.

I think the Wych with the pieces of alternating blue and yellow is my favourite.

Cavash, are you mistaking the Dark Kin for their festival loving counterparts? I will find you.... and I will kill you...

This may sound like a stupid question but, that is blood on their bases right? Not horribly painted lava?

No, I'm saying that all Eldar are sensitive to all kinds of stimuli and so there'd be nothing better for getting pleasure than watching a bunch of brightly coloured Wyches murder in a world dominated by dark and drab Wyches.

Yes it is blood.
And in natura it's darker and less pinkish than on the photos.

Alright, I was worried you had no idea how to paint lava when you painted those models, they're pretty good.

I think wyches would be fairly brightly coloured as they need to stick out in the arena.

My Cult is called the Cult of the Screaming Peacocks...does that give you a clue to their colour scheme?

Agreed. I love your random and variations on patterns and colors. Makes your units look... Well how do I put it... Sometimes, when you see and look at nature in real life, when you see beautiful colors, patterns and variations on animals. Well, I get that feeling. Just wow and beautiful.

Edit: Now that i used BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD for my bases i understand how the blood on my wyches' bases got confused with lava. I think i have to do something about those.

Edit 2: I don't want to pat myself on the shoulder but the skill progress from one troop to the next is quite noticeable still a long way to go though!

Agreed, really noticeable progression! And they were good to start with did you start thinning your paints down? I think that might have been all that the first set were missing.

SCV character colour testing sounds like fun. I'm imagining Voldo the wrack, Ivy and Taki the wyches... Cervantes the Duke??

And yes i did start thinning my paint and i started using a wet palette which made things even easier.

@SCV: Yes it's really fun especially because you can beat up people online with your characters afterwards

Your venom looks like it met a cat with all the scratch marks on the paint so far

All i am going to say is i should have applied the green stuff shards before priming the Venom.

Nice work and a very noticeable improvement from one squad to the next. I was going to mention thinning your paints but you did that. It's all one big learning proccess. Looking forward to seeing what you paint up next.
