And that's just what we know about so far. So get ready for lots of dakka to start coming your way, way moar dakka! What will you paint during the month of June to help beat back Ghazghkull's hordes? Make a vow and tell us what you hope to achieve in order to get your name highlighted in TDC's highly-coveted-but-not-so-visible Commorraghan purple! WAAAAAGH!!! Denizens and their vows for the month of June (completed in purple): ____________________________________________________________________

| Hey, looks like Gobsmakked summed it up for me! I'd love to think that I'll be painting something orky with the new toys, but I'll have my plate full with the World Eaters and tribute units for Khaine Mor and spellcheck2001. Couple of update pics of the Typhon: Finally got my airbrush to work worth a damn....Looking forward to spraying the white and blue tomorrow! | |

| My first vow is to finish painting my five man squad of Warriors along with a Venom crew, and sprinkle sculpted green stuff glass shards over my Venom, wonder how that will turn out. All of those at the moment look like this: That is all as i am a slow noob. Also i paint one "color" from base to glaze, then continue with the next color which is probably wrong but somehow works for me. | |

I find there is no "right" way to paint, Marrath. Whatever works for you, if you are comfortable with it, that's all that matters. Until you try to paint a horde army Cheers.

Not gonna lie, I paint just like that for most of my models. If it's wrong, I've been wrong for the better part of 20+ years of painting

| Alright, it has gone for long enough without painting something. As my thesis is finally behind me and I have obtained my bachelor's degree, it's time to dust off my models and finish something. I have learned from the past with overestimating my free time, so for June, I vow to finish my Wraithknight. | |

| Off to a good start. Wraithknight finished! More pictures in the project log - http://www.thedarkcity.net/t3655-ghosts-of-nemirath-project-log In the spirit of the Dark Kin, let's up the stakes for June. I vow to complete ten Wyches. I have so much more stuff unfinished or started that it would be a shame to stop just here! | |

| The release of the Ork codex after I had dragged them out for a few fun games has.....completely murdered my focus this month. Downloaded the codex this morning, immediately went to the LFGS and purchased a Dakkajet and 3 more Kanz (to go with my old metal ones!) On the upside, I do have a Dakkajet that should be painted in time for Wednesday's Santa Cruz Warhammer night! the Red Butchers will get the for treatment in the morning. | |

| I got my 60+ Dark Harvest Warriors done. Not quite finished all of the detailing, and I still have all the basing to do, but they were good and ready for a tournie this past weekend. I didn't get the Lychguard finished, but in my defense, they weren't in my tournament list. So instead of them, I finished 1 Kutlakh, 1 Vargaard, 2 Lords, 2 Crypteks, 1 Triarch Stalker, 4 Heavy Destroyers, and 3 Annihilation Barges. Pics to follow when I catch my breath. 1995 points in one month, so I am going to call that a win | |

| So: "finish 3 Dakkaborn." NOPE! " Paint 10 Red Butchers, 1 Typhon siege tank" YES! " and a couple units to pay tribute to Khain mor and Spellcheck." NOPE! I got completely sidetracked by a FW order. Ended up painting the Red Butchers: Painted the Typhon (and a couple of little buddies from the FW order): Also "fixed" the terrible Kharn sculpt from FW with some conversion work: Also made bases for a fledgling Daemons army, assembled a Herald of Khorne and five Daemonettes, 3 30K FW Rhinos, assembled and painted (70%) a Dakkajet, and started assembly on 3 Killer Kanz and a truck. I'm probably forgetting a few things...but that's how a teacher's brain works the first couple of weeks into summer vacation | |

| Very nice scheme and details, Marrath. And that yellow is brilliant, literally. I really like it.
Looking forward to seeing more of the squad.
Cheers. | |
