Do you plan to see a lot of Ork Hordes at your Ard Boyz prelim cuz if so then sure go ahead and get a bit more AI into the list. But if not I think your best bet to two turn to of those RZJ into Ravangers.

Where is the Duke going? I suggest turning 1 Blasterborn unit into a Splinterorn unit just so you are not wasting his abilities.

Also why have a single WWP? I think your better of getting the Baron and putting him with those BM instead. Duke gives you a solid chance at getting the PT that your buying the heamies for.

I would add more, but actually the Baron pretty much hit all the high notes I could think of.
Frankly, unless you're planning to use Deep Strike the Duke is being wasted in this list and you could do better and save points by going with the Baron or something else.

after playtesting I am keeping the dark lances, and yes I do intend to deep strike most of my army. He is in there to give me deployment flexibility as is the single WWP. My list originally had the baron in there but I just didn't like the way my army was playing. It really seemed like he slowed my beasts down as I do enjoy that 12" charge, I pay careful heed to charging through cover and havent really noticed the loss in stealth.

The pain token improvement on the wyches however has kept them alive long enough to haywire some tanks.

played against mech IG today and even though I had a really bad start i turned it into a win. Enemy forfeited due to lack of tanks. (Think all he had left were 2 russes, a vendetta, and 2 chimaras, one of which was immobilized, and 2 5 man squads, where as I had a razorwing, beasts, 1 blasterborn unit, 1 wych and 2 warriors, 3 venoms, and 3 raiders left)

Haha similar list to my ard boyz list. I went the route away from any CC and have bulked up my troops a bit. I find I have more than enough AT in my squads and raiders so I put Dissies on my RWs. The missiles are good no matter the opponent. I inflicted 27 wounds first volley on a 10 man termy squad with two extra characters and ended up killing just over half of them. Good luck!
