1350 Tourney list

Going to a casual for fun tournament in two weeks and am trying to decide between two lists. The tournament has customers mission that use maelstrom and modified relic, kp and table quarter control missions.

The restriction are 2 detachment limit.
Only 1 CAD
Allies
No fortifications or LoW

And 400 points have to be spent on troops.
The 400 points on troops in such a small game is annoying, but whatever

Here are two lists that I am deciding on. These are just mentioned to be semi competitive. I just feel like rolling dice as opposed to kicking ass and taking names.

List 1 1347pts

Lahmean in Venom with duel cannons.

5 mandrakes.

2x5 kabites w/ blasters.
1 in duel cannon venom
1 in raider with shock prow (prow added to make troops 400pts)

9 reavers w/3 caltrops

Fast Venom w/ duel cannons.

2x1 Talos

Eldar allies

Autarch with bike, banshee mask, Lance.

5 fire dragons

2x3 bikes with shrunken cannons (WYSIWYG or u would take scatter)

5 swooping Hawks + exarch or 4 warp spiders + Exarch?

10 kabalites w/ blaster
Raider w/ splinter racks

5 mandrakes

5 True born w/ 4 blasters
Venom w/ duel cannons.

9 reaver jet bikes w/ 3 cluster caltrops and arena champion

5 scourge w/ 4 haywire cannons.

2x1 Talos.

I have 146 points left. Can't decide on a Razor wing jet fighter with dark lances or 6 reaver jet bikes with 2 caltrops and 2 heat lances.

You're playing outside of my area of expertise. lol

If it had to be one or the other, I'd take the first list with swooping hawks.
