Hello,

My entire Dark Eldar is either: Commissioned or sprayed black.
With new Dark Eldar out i'd like to actually paint it myself.

I have quite unsteady hands so highlighting just isnt possible.

Is there any simple paint schemes out there with such as shade/drybrush etc?

Indeed.
The best thing I can suggest is to make friends with washes and inks.
Rather than have trouble, just undercoat the whole thing in white. You can then use washes and inks on the white to colour in areas, and they'll do their own jobs and give you a decent effect.

You can achieve a decent tabletop standard with washes and inks alone.
For example:

You don't need to wash the entire model in the same colour either, just the bits you want. Multiple different washes can work.

It's rather fitting for someone called squidmaster to be an advocate of inks. I feel your pain with the unsteady hands, but simple schemes can look very nice and the suggestions about washing are very helpful. Do you have any ideas what colours you'd be wanting to try out?

Instead of highlighting I usually just drybrush over the armour.
Of course it doesnt look as nice as a "real" edge highlight but it looks okay.

In terms of highlighting, have you considered "edging"?

Instead of trying to paint a fine line with the tip of a brush, use the edge along sharp edges on the model.

Pick a color you like.

Basecoat slightly darker. Layer with the color. Wash with Talent-in-a-Bottle (Agrax Earthshade, liquid gold for people who can't paint like me). Drybrush with the layer color. Drybrush lighter with a slightly brighter color. Optionally edge-highlight with the same color as the second drybrush.

About 80% of the model's done right there, no need for finnicky finger-cramping fine-painting, and It'll look more than good enough for the tabletop. I should know.

Do the same to the gun, and you're basically done aside from optional details.
