Clone field ignores 'hits' just before the roll to wound. A messed up Djinn Blade roll generates 'hits' that are automatically hitting you...and then will get to roll to wound. So, yes, you can use it on them as the only hits a Clone Field can effect are ones that hit successfully, and the only special part about a Djinn Blade's hits are that they do hit successfully. Where you couldn't use the Clone Field was if something generated 'wounds' on you - then you could get an armor save, but not Clone Field effect. Makes sense?

Sure it does - seems like wyches with sharnets + djin blade + soul trap + clonefield archon looks pretty OK combo.
