A 4. Yes

This one is huge, it means you can buy transports for allies without paying the troop tax.
You can buy empty venoms, which make them cheaper than before, for twelve 36" range splinter shots.
It gives flexibilty to the army list.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing, but you'll have to buy them in the Eldar Codex.

Talos and Chronos start with FNP as well. And Chronos Spirit Probe gives DE unit within 6" +1 to FNP to a maximum of 4+

Were there any other big changes to Chronos? If not, I don't really see the point in taking them. It seems a huge waste of points and combat ability if they can't be combined in a unit with Talos and their ability is only within 6 inches...

All missiles have the blast or Large blast rule. The void bomb is large blast now, Dark scythes that the voidraven can get instead of voidlances are 24", S 8, AP2, Blast, lance.

Mandrakes cause fear as well. So they have: Fear, Fleet, Infiltrate, Move through cover, Night vision, PfP, Shrouded, stealth, Baleblast, CCW. 12 points. A very nice unit.

Archons can still run with Blasterborn which is cool, except in a raider now. Now add WWP.

He is a beast... His worlord trait is: Ancient Evil : Warlord and DE units within 12", have Fear.

Now If he just had a WWP... but he doesn't.
