| Of course... but Mandrakes are really nice models by their own, they don't need conversions! | |

| More pics?! You can't just post some in your first entry, that's not right! Especially if they're so good! PS: I made Mandrakes out of Eldar Rangers and I like them much more that way | |

| Hahahah I am a Ture Kin, I love to inflict pain!
Jokes apart I have some more things to show, but the last months have been a little bit busy for me, because I left Italy and I sterted living in London. Other than that my models still have to reach me here in UK, they will arrive in the next weeks! So be patient!
That said I'm really happy you all loved my works so much! I am really courious to see your Mandrakes, have you got pics?

| Oh nice, London is a great (if expensive) place! And you didn't take your army with you on the plane? They're the most important thing! The Mandrakes are only basecoated right now, but I've been longing to paint them for aaaages. I'll try to get one done this weekend (finally got some painting time on my hands) and post him! | |

| Stupid British Airways luggage limits!
Then good luck with your painting, hope to see your Mandrakes as soon as possible!

| Your Warp Spiders look awesome. They kinda make me wish I hadn't converted all my Shredders to Haywire Blasters... The weapon conversions on your Wraithguard are a great idea too. I might copy that for my own. | |

| Happy you liked! The good thing of Wraithguard weapon is that being a completely different looking weapon from the existing you can "use it" both as a cannon and as a flamer and, why not, as an axe!
Actually a month ago I've finished my trueborn, but I still haven't had time to take good pictures!

| Hi guys, I've just seen that the last update on my log is almost two years old! It seems is time to put something new! In these two years, due to having moved to another country and have been involved in many businesses I haven't had so much time for my DE, but one of my resolution for the 2017 is to get involved again, and I just started a new "project". I'm currently modelling a "Baron Harkonnen" haemonculus for my Dark Artisan and I would like to have your opinion. I'm happy of what I'm doing, but I think something is still missing! Please give me your feedback (keeping in mind is a WIP!) | |

| Glad you've updated! When I first found your project log when I first browsed the Dark City I really liked the conversions you did As for the Haemonculus, he's certainly the largest Eldar I've ever seen... Makes you wonder about the Eldars thoughts on obesity (and how it is in the 41st millennium) | |

| Hah. I was looking at the pictures before I read the post, and thought "man that really looks like that floting guy from Dune". So I'm pretty sure you nailed the look. It is looking good so far. Maybe he could use a little more definition on his shoulder guard? And maybe some sort of bone growth coming up from the middle of his back, behind his head to balance him off a little and tie him in with the rest of the coven line? | |

| Ha! I love it so far. Full of character (and pork, potatoes and alllll the gravy). The only thing I am not sure about is the spine he is floating on. To my mind he looks too heavy for such a spindly spine, and it makes something in the model look slightly off as a result. Maybe more spines or a larger one would be more suitable if you want him to be floating. SC | |

| Haha! Love the Baron Harkonnen Haemi you've really managed to capture the sort of lolling floating movement he has in the films anything Dune-related in 40k is right up my street Also, I've seen your other conversion pop up on google but never realised they were on here stunning, stunning work | |

| Hi guys, I'm really happy you liked my conversions and even more that it seems I could put in the model the feel of the real Baron!
As I told you it's s still WIP, and I would like to add some more details. In particular as someone suggested I still have to sort out his back. I need to cover the poor magnetised connection between the "tail" and the body so I was thinking about a sort of cloak (as you see at the moment he has fur on his shoulder) but this is not really Haemonculus style. At the same time if I just go for an augmented spine on the back I will have to think something else to cover the connection. I'm still trying to figure out this detail.
Suggestions are welcomed!
