Depends on what you mean by "latest prints". The 2011 (5th edition 40k) version is out of date, and not terribly useful. The book has since been reprinted (in october) but not yet released. It was supposed to be up for pre-orders by the middle of this month but has apparently been delayed.
The current best guess is the 28th, but the updated list is probably going to be worth the wait.
There are a few leaks bouncing around, actually a big chunk of the book, but you'll have to look for them here and elsewhere. There are 2-3 threads in the news and rumors section.
TLDR; No, unless it says "Second Edition" it's the old one.

If it's supposedly the 28th, that's really not that long at all. I've been excited for this release.

The original rumors said it'd be released in November, but this was based on the word of a single forgeworld employee. Many seemed to think would be released on the 14th along with all that other stuff, but that obviously didn't happen. If it's truly coming out in November, the 28th is their last chance.
Forgeworld themselves leaked the fact that is was printed on October 12th.
Just looked at the preview page for the Void Dreamer. All I can say is don't hold your breath about wargear costs being reasonable.

On the other hand, 25 points for a shadowfield.

That's nice, at least. Hope it's the same cost for Princes.
Do we know what Force Shields and Shimmershields do?

I assume they are the same as the Eldar versions.

Despite much squinting, I'm unable to make out the psychic powers.

Aethermancy Powers
Path Ward (Primaris), WC 2, Blessing Unlimited range but only target units with Corsair faction. Count any dice rolled for running, difficult terrain, charges, hit & run, thrust moves or reckless abandon as 6 (for D6 rolls) or 3 (for D3)
Warp Blink, WC 1, type of power not stated Target a friendly or enemy unit within 6". That unit moves 2d6" in a direction chosen by the corsair player. May not go off the table, into impassable terrain or within 1" of enemy unit. Cannot target units locked in combat
Dispersion Field, WC 1, Blessing 12" range, only target units with Corsair faction. 4+ cover save for target unit
Webway Rift, WC 1, Witchfire 12" range, S3 AP6, Heavy 1, Poison (3+), Large Blast
Webway Breach, WC 2, type of power not stated Target Corsair unit within 12" and return them to ongoing reserve. May not target unit locked in combat
Warp Tunnel, WC 2, type of power not stated Place large blast anywhere on table and move caster's unit or another corsair unit within 6" to that location, as if by deep strike but with no scatter. May shoot and assault after moving. For each 6" of movement, roll a D6 and for each 1 rolled take a wound (saves allowed)
Webway Maze, WC 3, type of power not stated Target enemy within 12" not locked in combat and put that unit into ongoing reserve. Not super-heavies and if used on Eldar, DE, Harlequins or Corsairs they get +1 DTW

The Wraith Sentinel looks identical to the Wraithknight in terms of stats and type but is 20 points more expensive and comes with either 2 Deathshroud Cannon or 2 Inferno Lances (which aren't Lances!) and a Webway Shunt Generator. It can swap one gun for a Scattershield for free and can take the same secondary weapons as the Wraithknight.
The Webway Shunt is a strange one. You use it in place of normal movement and you can't then use the Jump rules for the movement or assault phase. You can redeploy anywhere within 12" but scatter D6" OR you can go into ongoing reserve. What's the point of the movement? As a Jump GC you can move 12" and ignore terrain anyway, plus you don't scatter. It's just a fancy piece of wargear that lets you go into reserve. Useful but why not just say that?

Maybe you can use it to jump out of combat? Also being able to go into ongoing reserve could be very useful. If you get into a tight spot or need the knight elsewhere then that could be useful. Not amazing, but solid the. You really need it.
I have seen the rules for the monofilament gun, but not the melta one. Is it the rumoured D3+2 small blast shots per gun? Looks like a massive blast to me, but can't tell

You can't use it to jump out of combat, it's in place of normal movement. Ongoing reserve is situationally useful but I just don't get the point of the rest of the rules.
The Inferno Lance is 36" range, S8, AP1, Heavy D3+2, Melta
The Sentinel can be taken either as a Wraith Construct formation or instead of the Wraithknight in a Wraith Host Formation.

Hmm, I'm not appreciating all the WC2+ powers for a faction with a harsher Perils table.
This army seems to have a fetish for Ongoing Reserves.

If you can pull off the Webway Maze power and put an enemy deathstar into ongoing reserve you can potentially create a Sir Lancelot moment when it keeps running towards you but never gets any closer!
Hopefully not with the same end result though!

It would be entertaining to use it on a melee deathstar.
My concern is that I'd use it once, perils, and then my opponent would get my character and do it to me for the rest of the game.

Actually the 2 or 3 upgrades I'd consider for void dreamer are pretty reasonable. For 120 points you can field a level 3, jet packed psyker with a shadowfield. Pretty cheap for so much trolling potential.
The witch staff should be a decent enough melee weapon (fleshbane, armorbane and soul blaze if I remember?), I don't see buying anything else unless you really plan on getting him stuck in... and I wouldn't. A singing spear would of course be better.
I'm sure we're all a little disappointed in the powers. Basically the fastest army in 40k and their psykers focus on... movement? At least he has the option to take other disciplines.
Does anyone know what the shadow-weave grenades do yet? There was a rumor corsairs were getting a (thrown only) strength D grenade and I haven't seen it yet. I have however seen these grenades a few times like as a +35 point upgrade on the heavy weapon squads.
O ya - and it's not this army that has a fetish for ongoing reserves, it's forgeworld. Roughly half of the renegades and heretics builds depend on units being returned to ongoing reserves.

I make it 130 (50 base, +25/extra ML, +25 Shadowfield, +5 jet-pack)

True, but it's still dissappointing when upgrades are immediately priced so that they'll never be taken - and we can assume that this pricing will be the same in models which could benefit from Haywire Grenades or such.

Ah, I was wondering what that did. Yeah, that sounds very nice.
Regardless, what does depress me is that I was under the impression Corsair Princes would be able to take Jump Packs, but it looks like they (and everything else) are stuck with Jet Packs.
If you'll excuse me, the model I spent hours affixing wings to now appears to have an appointment with a mallet.

pretty sure it says 20 points per mastery level but that might be my eyes. Ugh I just wish they'd release it online today.
The witch staff isn't really considered to be very good, but it has it's uses. People complain about the "low" chances it has to pop a land raider... but it can in fact pop a land raider when most melee weapons can not.
The AP stinks on it if I remember. It's been a while I should look it up.
And for the record I believe wings more closely meet the conditions of a jet pack, than a jump pack. That is to say sustained, low altitude flight. In combat terms you do lose hammer of wrath.

Except that I can't move 12" and then assault. Nor can he take a transport. So, I'm basically paying to get the worst of both worlds.

Ya I didn't think of that, It's really rare that I field a melee oriented eldar HQ.

As far as I'm aware, Corsair Princes can't really be fielded any other way.

I think it's cute the pirate eldar faction gets better toys than either of the main ones.

You think Corsairs get better tools than Eldar?
In terms of what I've seen of them so far, I'm not seeing it.
