Do you own a Sylvaneth Warsong Revenant? I have questions.

I know the base size of this thing is massive out of the box. I want to fit it on a 25mm base. I'm going to take off the floating egg-crown-thing, the flute and most of the base stuff. Would it still be too large or would it hover okay over a 25mm base at that point?

It's hard to judge from pictures and I have no idea what to do with it if I buy one and it's too big.

I'm guessing the cloak makes it to large but it's so hard to tell.
