Upcoming tournaments 1850

I have several upcoming tournaments over the next few months. One every other month til July all of them 1850. This will be my first time bringing DE to a competitive environment and everyone down here tries to be as cheesy as possible. I'm trying to make a list based on models I have but am willing to get more/different models. My current 1850 list is
HQ
2 haemonculus w/ LG & scissor hand

Elite
3 squads of 3 trueborn w/ 2 dark lances

Troops
3 squads of 5 warriors blaster & dual cannon venom
8 wracks w/ LG+ acothyst w/ agonizer in a raider
8 haywire wyches+ hekatrix w/ hwg & an agonizer in a raider

Fast
2 squads of 6 reavers w/ 2 heat lances each

Heavy
2 ravagers
1 razorwing with flickerfield

Haemonculus go with the wracks an wyches. Since there is a string of tournaments I'm looking to get this list competetive from the beginning and just tweak it here and there as the tourney goes on. C&C is welcome.

Looks fun. Only things I would change are the special weapons for the heamys and the acoth. The heamy with the wyches doesn't need the scissor hands as he doesn't want to get out of his boat anyway and the heamy with the wracks could take a power axe instead for some str 5 ap 2 bite on the charge. I'm not a huge fan of the ago on the acoth.... seems like a lot of points to spend when he comes with poisoned weapons for free as well as furious charge thanks to the heamy. Points saved could get you one more wych as well as a wrack.

hbomb1.0 you don't happen to live in St. Louis do you? I too have a tournament every other month.

I'll work something with the power axe didn't think of that. Also it's 8 wracks plus an acothyst and 8 wyches plus a hekatrix for a total of 9 models each.

Looks good. I'd get more venoms though. You have 3 trueborn units that can take empty venoms. And Reavers would benefit more from blasters than lances due to range. 18 and assault move is much safer than 9+ assault move. What the big wrack squad is going to do that your other units don't already do?
