| Wow! He is completely creepy and unlike any Cronos I've ever seen before. The combination of the thin body and giant head is most unsettling of all, along with the cold, expressionless face.
Awesome! | |

| Very cool! The hammies went nuts on him, must be very wealthy. Can't wait to see the colors they inject him with. Great job and idea. | |

| @Crazy_Irish. Thanks very much. He has literally sucked your words out of you. Soon it will be your soul! Mwahahaha! @The_Burning_Eye. Cheers your a gent. Yes I am rather fond of the goggles too. See above in reference to your mortal soul @Cavalier. I was trying to go for something a bit spooky and eerie (as befitting a cronos I think) so glad i managed to pull it off and that you like him @Mr_Pink. I really rather like the oversized features on him too. The combo of wasted body, large head and different arms really gives him a sort of spooky awkward prescence that really fits in with a genetically mutated freak I think . Thanks for the compliment @Squidmaster. Thanks yes the head is rather large, but I like to think it is hiding a visage so hedeous, that it needs to be locked away in a fortress like mask, amd only revealed to suck the souls of the living. @Dragontree. Chuffed you like him i think the original c'tan model is already pretty sinister but really wanted to bring that forth with the added bits in the conversion, so pleased I pulled it off. @Evil Space Elves ....... Words have gone....Looks like he has already started sucking away your soul. Success! thanks very much @Black Death. Haha yes I like to think all the proceeds from the carnival get funneled back into the haemy covens, to populate the freak shows every tour . Painting him will be a challenge I think @Gobsmakked. I did not make that connection with the goggles but yes they are very fitting . Remind me now of something out of the mummy films. Thanks all for the compliments I really appreciate them, and it is all your feedback that really helps me to keep going sometimes with this project | |

| Ok folks. I have finally completed the love boat. As a new years resolution I set myself the task of completing all my half finished models or squads (see the monthly vow for what I am determined to finish this month). Anyhoo I have managed to finish the first of the resolution, my raider! I had actually done the main vehicle awhile ago but had the crew sitting at the bottom of my cabinet, while the raider glanced at me accusingly (can a vehicle glance at one?) saying 'why good sir do my crew sit languishing at the bottom of yonder cabinet, while I stand here, in my shame, NAKED! For a raider is never complete until there is one to ride her, dear sir. I beseech you , as a lady to a gentleman, to help lift me out of my agony and loniliness, I need a good ride! ' Well, how could one refuse such a heartfelt and beseeching cry from a damsen (raider) in distress. So I present to you, ladies and gents.......her crew!

| Your love boat looks amazing, Spell, but the crew are even better - disgustingly good. The creativity you have put into each crew member gives them so much character, and your detailing really brings them to life. Beautifully executed! | |

| That is awesome! I particularly like the hearts and butterflies - it makes a fantastic juxtaposition with the models role as a transport full of crazed warriors. | |

| @Gobsmakked. Thankyou good sir! Much appreciated . I am pleased with the result, as a vehicle never looks finished till it has its crew added. I have a harlie box ordered, amd will be using a few bots from that for my venom crew next I think. @Black Death. you are only as old as you feel. The base pieces are from Scibor miniatures elven basing kit they do all sorts of kits, so it is well worth checking them out @Plastikente. Thanks . Yes I like the contrast between the carnival and the killer, it is one of the things that most pleases me with the project. A fun unit of balloon toting mannekins are actually horrific mutated grotesques or a love boat with hearts is full of perverse blood crazed nutters! | |

| As a big fan of evil/twisted carnival type of stuff I love your work. It's so colorful, but maintains that since of menace. Thank you for sharing you're work. | |

| Stunning work as usual. Just beautiful. The base as well is very well done.
I'm sure there is no answer to this question, but how long would you estimate, actual working hours, that it took you to complete this one? Its amazing. | |

| @Trystis. Thanks, glad you like it . Working on a venom at the moment, so stay tuned for an update in the next week hopefully. @Grub. You are a gent, cheers . Hard to say really how long but I would guestimate about 8-10 hours on the crew, and about 10-12 for the raider. I subscribe to the theory of an hour a night painting, with a few more at the weekemd. This way I am able to actually complete stuff for my army . It helps I find it relaxing, so tend to do it after I come home from work, to switch off from real life for a bit. | |

| So in love with that raider. I can never put my finger on what it is about your models, especially the paint jobs. They're not just good. They really give me the feels. I hope you never stop expanding the carnivale! | |

| Having watched your log for a while Spellcheck I've always been impressed, and that medusae is an amazing addition! I may have to steal the idea at some point as I think it would work incredibly well as both a medusae or some Dark Mechanicus horror which would be something to make for Mrs PartridgeKing. Where is the promethium tank from if I may ask? | |

| @Tengu. MWahahahahahaaaaa.......... Thanks @thesaltedwound. Thanks man, I really appreciate that . I hope to continue this project for a long while yet. Still not got bored of it @Partridgeking. Cheers glad you like him. When I was making him I thought he would fit into a dark mechanicum/inq28 band quite well. I think the wraith model is a great base to start for mechanicum stuff. Feel free to steal as you need I got given the promethium tank in a bits swap, but am pretty sure it comes from the cadian imperial guard kit. | |
