Id probably say opeth blackwater park, sounds like 7 songs cobbled together, creepy in places, satanic in others. 12 minutes long XD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdWB7-uL3fE

Fear Factory - Mechanize....
I'm seeing this as a theme to the construction of the Talos \m/

TLDR: There's still a lot of metal being dropped here. Has anyone mentioned the Star Wars soundtracks yet? I've been listening to:
Anakin's Dark Deeds Duel of The Fates General Grievous Attacking A Star Destroyer The Clash of Lightsabers Anakin Vs. Obi-Wan Confrontation With Dooku and Finale Enter Lord Vader Imperial Attack
And of course, The Imperial March.
All brilliant orchestral pieces of music that definitely paint a dramatic image of Dark Eldar Raiders tearing into Realspace or the intrigues and violence of Commorrite life for me.
If I had to pick a contemporary song to summon up Dark Eldar imagery, it would be Ravenous by Atreyu. Lyrics.

The Darkness - I believe in a thing called Love.
C'mon. The Dark Eldar do everything with a warped sense of humor...

When I think Dark Eldar, I always think black metal. I mean, the evil space elves are pasty, usually have black hair, dress in leather, studs and spikes, and are METUL.
I think Emperor-Curse You all Men, Cthonic-49 theurgy chains, Dimmu Borgir-Progenies of the Great Apocalypse, Immortal- anything, just because of the frowny face corpse paint.

You're definitely not the only one! Love that film and classical music. My favorite classical piece to listen to while war gaming is Gustav Holst's Mars, The Bringer of War. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0bcRCCg01I
I gather you're not much into metal, but your post made me think of Rob Zombie's A Clockwork Orange tribute song, Never Gonna Stop, which while sounding nothing like ol' Ludwig Van, is somewhat appropriate for Dark Eldar. Also, the music video is amazing. A must watch for any fan of A Clockwork Orange. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0698sTH7mUk
Another Dark Eldarish Rob Zombie song, Feel So Numb. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK16w_Esrno&feature=relmfu
I tend to avoid American metal bands but Rob Zombie doesn't take himself seriously and is a rare exception.
The best metal comes from Europe and I'm surprised more of it hasn't been mentioned. For those of you who do like metal, here are some of my favorites that have a Dark Eldar feel to them.
I'm not generally a big fan of screaming vocals, but the English language Swedish band Opeth mixes it up with beautiful and haunting vocal singing. They frequently move between really heavy black metal sound and acoustic mournful meldoies in the same song. Their music has fury and elegance, which feels very Dark Eldar to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lk6Q4FpW-sY
Another very unique metal band is Therion. They have an entire orchestra and a full choir. All of their songs are about esoteric/occult mythology and so has a much more sinister tone than other symphonic metal bands like Nightwish. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AX6ljncmukk&feature=related
For some very unique black metal with a very alien and experimental sound, there is Negura Bunget from Romania. Some of it is hard to listen to as it can get very dissonant and avoids all conventional musical structure, but that feels appropriate here. They alternate between being very heavy and soft, as well, but they sound very very different from Opeth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46GhUrtrklM
For non-metal music, Front Line Assembly is a Canadian electro-industrial band that has a very sci-fi post-apocalyptic sound and a penchant for violent themes. If I had to pick one band that sounded the most Dark Eldar to me, I'd probably go with them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6k0FeRFC3c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQj-syygshQ
But for some non-metal non-electronic music that doesn't come from movie franchises, everyone should check out Midnight Syndicate. Haunted Houses use their music a lot as it is very atmospheric, like a soundtrack to films that don't exist. They don't have lyrics but often have settings and stories that the music tells without words. This one is set in an insane asylum and is full of demented cackling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWpB7O2F1YU
A little bit for everyone in there.

Wagners 'Ride of the Valkyries' - now airborne guard my have a stronger claim to it, but sod them and their pitiful mon-keigh craft. We are the masters of the air, and we take our dead to the halls where they are reborn. Also Commorragh vs Valhalla I choose Commorragh any day, less Space-wolves peeing on the carpet for one.

WOW. Lot's of great music for the Dark Eldar here. I loved the "Be Prepared" suggestion, never thought of it like that before. The Judas Priest suggestions are also great. I personally think of the Dark Eldar whenever I hear Depeche Mode songs like: Strangelove, Master & Servant, and Sinner in Me.

'A little piece of heaven' by Avenged Sevenfold. (Viewer discretion advised)
'Master of puppets' by Metallica on the S&M album because this version is orchestral and harmonious.
'Cowboys from hell' by Pantera.
'I feel fantastic' by Jonathan Coulton, just for when you've spent your day torturing.
'You're a lie' by Myles Keneddy and Slash.
'Saint anger' by Metallica.
'Iron Maiden', by Iron Maiden from the Iron Maiden album. The Iron maiden is a torture device, and this song is just pure awesome.
Edit: 'The Ripper', either version b Judas Priest or Iced Earth.

Night City by Sword: This song could aswell be about Commorragh. Arrows in the Dark, from the same album: Also very Dark Eldar-ish.

THIS. something with sinister synth lines like Beherit - Drawing Down the Moon, Satyricon - Dark Medieval Times, etc. I always think of DE when I listen to the Ominous Doctrines album by Inquisition. Such bizarre buzzing croaking vocals, almost comical, but I picture them emanating from the tortured and intricately restrung vocal cords of a Haemonculus.
Also metal with a lot of industrial overtones, like the Anytime, Anywhere album by Bloodstar. Also, like many others have mentioned, death metal suits CSM way better (Bolt Thrower, etc.) but I listen to black death a lot when I paint DE, bands like Dissection, Sacramentum, Unanimated, Necrophobic, etc.
For those of you who are more into the soundtrack/orchestral stuff, Geinoh Yamashirogumi (Akira OST) have some extremely atmospheric and sinister tracks, and it's hard to go wrong with Goblin (Suspiria, Tenebre, a million other kickass movies)
Certain kinds of electronic music also evoke DE to me, lots of sinister EBM like Tanzen and etc, and this group Gatekeeper that I dig (they LOVE hellraiser) check out their videos for "Chains" and "Serpent" on youtube
......I had three great youtube links for this and then realized im too new to post them!

Imo metal suits chaos way better. I always felt that EBM & Industrial are way suitable genres for DE.
