PostSubject: Siege of Shrine World Ophelia VII Signup Thread and Discussion   Siege of Shrine World Ophelia VII Signup Thread and Discussion I_icon_minitimeTue Jun 19 2012, 01:18

Ophelia VII was the orignal center of the Ecclesiarchy and is second in power only to Terra itself. Its mastive Hive house some of the most ancient cathedrals and most powerful artifacts in the entire Imperium. Billions of people come to this world daily to worship at the seat of Saint Benedin IV or to see the Tomb of Saint Sabastian Thor. Its position in the Segmentum Tempestus left many to believe that the world was safe and far out of harms way. Infact several thousand Orders of Sororitas are stationed here.

Yet darkness loams over Ophelia VII. A war unlike that which has been seen since Abaddon's Thirteen Black Crusade shall fall apon this world. Many races seak to claim the treasures amoung its hidden passageways and forgotten vaults. Are you up for the challenge to find your way through this great siege?

I would like to first welcome you all to the Siege of Ophelia VII Signup Thread. This is a narrative campaign run by me, Shadows Revenge. This is a pretty easy going style of RPG that many players of all styles and level of play can get into and enjoy.

Basically how it works is this. First off you will need to sign up and create a full squad of any TT playable unit from any codex. Yes thats right, you can be anything from a squad guard to a land raider, anything is possible as long as it is a playable unit from a codex. The only exception is no HQs, as their renown and prestiege would be wasted doing the menial tasks.

Secondly you will need to name your sargeant, and detail how your squad is equiped. Remember to keep it legal (so no SM tactical squads with 4 meltas and 2 missle launchers) And remember to prepare for everything, because who knows how long you will be out there.

Finally I would like some background on atleast your sargeant. If you would like you could go into further into your squad and name and fluff out the background of each and every member of your squad if you want, but I need something to fit you all into the story.

When the game starts, I will give you all missons that you have to complete. You can then write how your squad gets the mission done. That being said any fight's outcome is determined by me (with some dice rolling behind the scenes) this is to make the outcome random and allow you all some new inspirations for how you shall deal with the outcome.

I am looking for 14 players, but will take any amount I can get for now. Here is a list of those currently signed up:

1. Aspiring Champion Vernoth Manaard, the Loathed of the Emperors Children - Cavash
2. Helliarch Xan’tha the Living Terror- Kabal of the Barbed Heart
3. Staff Sergeant Hannibal Skyes of the Leman Russ "Two for Flinching"- Torpedo Vegas
4. Arena Champion Kuva- Raneth
5. Callidus Assassin "Kali'shima"- CaptainBalroga
6 Kalivex Quarilla- Nox
7. Stealth Suit Shas'vre D'yanol Kais Lel- Ruke
8. Dra'seth, Syren of The Blood Harlots- Valkia
9. Sister Superior Nevel Fatima of Squad Fatima- Scryex

Signup Is Close. If you are interested in joining, PM me and I will see what I can do.

and I shall leave you all with an example posts to get the jist of how this will run.

"Succubus Kheohem watched from outcrop on a building as his riders circled a decimated platoon of mon-kiegh like vultures over a carcass. He knew that secrecy was key for their mission, but for the past few weeks of waiting had been so boring, so he allowed his riders to have a little fun. They zigzagged through their pitiful ranks, claiming several heads every pass. In the center of the defensive circle stood a well dressed officer in all black wielding a power sword, barking orders to the cowardly.

"Maybe he would be a fine challenge" Kheohem said to himself. He mounts his jetbike, but as soon as he goes to take off, a mighty howl pierces the symphony of slaughter.

"A space wolf, here?" Kheohem asks. If the mon-kiegh have brought their elite, then there are more powerful slaves to be taken.

"Riders, form up! Leave these cowards to our lesser kin. None of them deserve to lay a foot in our hallowed arena. We have more pressing matters at hand."

Space Wolves would provide good slaves, but he knows a hasty attack might lead them afowl, so for now they shall just scout and see. He has no idea what awaits his squad around the bend, but his warrior's instincts tell him its a battle not to miss."

Emperors Children Aspiring Champion Vernoth Manaard, the loathed.
Vernoth wields a Power Sword and a Plasma Pistol. He leads nine men, eight are armed with Chainwords and Bolters and one is amred with a Melta Gun. Mark of Slaanesh.

During a cataclysmic war simply refered to as 'The Raid' by his warband, Vernoth was on the frontline of every battle, storming Imperial and Ork positions alike in the name of his decadant God. Thousands fell beneath his blade and for two months he held his position within a captured Imperial Cathedral with twenty of his brothers at his side. Their desecration of the Emperor's shrine was thrilling and it amused their Dark God.

Vernoth, however, was not looked upon kindly by Chaos Lord Farhan Karyl, as his over enthusiastic massacres and atrocities sometimes verged on Khornate, ruining everything that they had sought to venerate.

For two months he waited, expecting reinforcements, but for two moths no help came. Day after day they held off the Imperial Guard with focussed Bolter fire, but their supplies of ammunition could only last them so long and, eventually, the cursed loyalists broke in. In the close quarters he revelled in his sociopathic prowess.

He held off the waves single handedly at times, fighting them back just to make it look like he was winning before allowing them to retake ground.
It soon became apparent to the Marines under his command that he was merely orchestrating a pantomime, one which he had selfishly constructed just to stave off boredom. For every sut made upon his body his vigour renewed, lacing his sword with the red paint of gore and ichor.
If he wanted to escape then they would have done. He was just mad.

His men attempted to escape in the dead of night, forcing their way out of the Cathedral with untamed fury and contempt for the loyalists. Vernoth, however, was not pleased with his Marines.
They had left their post, a newly found shrine to Slaanesh. Sureley, this in itself was blasphemy?

Happily he hunted them down as they escaped the city. One by one they fell to his blade, their souls forever tormeted by their god. Those who he had forced to repent for their blasphemy he allowed to serve with him, fighting on the front lines to gain Slaanesh's favour.
Over centuries of service he found more brothers within his warband that did not share his beliefs whole heartedly, and he gave them a choice. Either they suffered a horrifying death at his hands, or they joined him, attempting to earn Slaanesh's favour.

19 Hellions of the Torn scar, The Shadow Bolts
1 Helliarch with phantasm grenade launcher and stun claw: Xan’tha the living terror.

Xan’tha was born from a Dark Eldar not from a test tube, and so should have been afforded every luxury possible as a trueborn in the ranks of the Kabal of the Obsidian Rose, however, during her initiation hellions aligned with the Kabal of the barbed heart crashed through the walls of the s Obsidian Rose’s spire and in a single blow killed no less than 5 Dracons and, in an expertly timed manoeuvre grabbed Xan’tha and as quickly as they came, vanished in the ethereal fog that surrounded the Kabals spire. Xan’tha became a slave in the Dark city for almost a decade, before she finally managed to prove herself, while working on a statue for her current master the same group of Hellions that had stolen her from her original life once again attacked, however, Xan’tha was ready for them and as they hurtled past, she hurled herself off her working platform and onto the skyboard of the Helliarch, while at the same time plunging a 3 meter long metal pole through the top of his head, skewering him where he stood, Xan’tha then evaded the Hellions wrath for almost 3 solid days of aerial combat, finally, after killing scores of Hellions, including the leader of the cult, Baron Sathonyx himself decreed that she was the new leader of the Torn Scar, and in moments, Xan’tha went from being a rouge aboard a damaged skyboard, to the leader of a small Hellion gang.

The Shadow Bolts: Widely recognised as the best flyers in the Torn Scar, it is no surprise that the lead Helliarch would take command of them. As is customary amongst the Torn Scar, squads who have recently ‘acquired’ a new leader must prove themselves resourceful. This usually involves the squad being abandoned on a hostile planet for one solar week, whoever survives has proven they are good enough to be part of the Gang. During their week on a hostile planet with Xan’tha, the Shadow Bolts did not simply go to ground as many other squads did, but rather began a campaign of terror across the planet to such an extent that when the Torn Scar’s fleet arrived to pick them up the planet issued its unconditional surrender. Since then the Shadow Bolts has proven that above all they excel at 3 things, Stealth, Flying skill and the ability to totally and utterly demoralise and terrify an enemy.

Leman Russ "Two for Flinching" , 4th Cadian Mechanized
Crew-
Staff Sergeant Hannibal Sykes-Commander
Trooper Jarranth Kyle-Gunner
Trooper Lucas Martin- Sponsoon Gunner
Trooper Gregor Brom-Sponsoon Gunner
Trooper Merrik McNeil- Driver
Trooper Keith Tarsus-Loader

The Leman Russ "Two for Flinching" saw initial action at the Kieldar Offensive in 956.M41, participating in the blitz against the outer defenses of the rebel planet's capital city. Sustaining sever damage which lead to the death of two of it's gunners and it's loader due to it's on board ammunition stores catching flame, it was kept out of service until the 60th day of the Offensive, where it once again participated in a line breaking maneuver at the Siege of Darkridge. The hardy machine spirits of the tank fought for the full month of the siege, while the human crew experienced a 150% casualty rate due to exhaustion, weapons heat and enemy snipers. The then trooper Hannibal Sykes served as the main gunner for the later half of the siege, suffering only minor injuries from las-beam penetrating the side of the tank, vaporizing the right sponsoon gunner.

Staying stationed on Kieldar for garrison duties and the occasional purge of rebel bases, Sykes eventually made his way to tank commander of the Two for Flinching. Withdrawn for Kieldar to fight a rearguard action at Kzar Balphast during the 13th Black Crusade, the Two for Flinching was credited with no less then 5 confirmed tank kills, and, according to it's crew, aided the Stormsword "Thundergod" in the slaying of the Chaos Titan De Infernus . Credit for the titan kill has been disputed over by 6 tanks commanders of the Cadian 8th, so who truly aided in it's downfall is not known.

Nearing 60 years of age, Hannibal Sykes is known to the men under his command as "Old Man Nasty", due to the facial scars he received manning the plasma sponsoons during the Hydraphur War in 962.m41. One of the oldest tank commanders in the Cadian 8th, he's reportedly denied any chance for advancement or retirement, siting his only skills as being tank driving, gun shooting, and managing to survive being shot at for 44 years. However, his age has lead him and his crew to be stationed on Ophellia VII for garrison duty, along with detachments form several other Guard companies.

The Two for Flinching is was originally equipped with the ubiquitous Battle Cannon, after the Kieldar Offensive it was decided that the tank, prone to random occurrences of explosive ammunition , had a crew adjusted enough to their own weapons trying to kill them to warrant being equipped with an Executioner Cannon and plasma sponsons. True to it's name, the machine spirits of the Two for Flinching frequently cause what seems to be near-disastrous overheating in it's weapons systems, and new crewman frequently suffer sever burns from trying to manage the plasma weapons, while the veteran crewmen believe that it's the tank's mean-spirited machine spirits having a go at the greenhorns.

(Allowed by Shadow)

Will Edit this later, but just for now letting it be made public that I want in this =]

EDIT:

The Blood Harlots: 10 Hekatrix Bloodbrides of the Wych Cult of Sinuous Torture!

Dra'seth, Syren of The Blood Harlots: Equipped with Agoniser, Blast Pistol and Haywire Grenades
Ja'Terr, Lacerai of The Blood Harlots: Equipped with twin Razorflails and Haywire Grenades
Fer'Lyaei, Hydrae of The Blood Harlots: Equipped with twin Hydra Gauntlets and Haywire Grenades
Verus, Yraqnae of The Blood Harlots: Equipped with one Shardnet, one Impaler and Haywire Grenades
Pel'Ris and El'dyna of The Blood Harlots: Twin Bloodbrides of the Blood Harlots, both have Haywire Grenades, Wych Knives and Splinter Pistols
Visare, Ryze, Kisara and Sphin of The Blood Harlots: Four Bloodbrides of The Blood Harlots, Visare and Sphin are equipped with Weighted Flails, Ryze is equipped with one Vambrace Blade, Kisara is equipped with a Wych Knife. All have Splinter Pistols and Haywire Grenades.

Dra'seth, known for his command of torturous pain-lusted agony patrons of the Sinuos Torture crave beyond all else, slowly devours all his prey in agonsy-fuelled estacy as if one was engaging intimately with a lover, with the full use of his body to do so.

Caressing his personalised Agoniser, Dra'seth ignites symphoric melodies of anguish and terror from his victims with the smallest whispers of touch, even so bold as to taunt particular prey with his superior skills by exquisitely tantalising his own body with his Agoniser...igniting wildly seductive pained-pleasure cries pulsing throughout both his body and the arena patrons, and bait his prey with a false sense of superiority and or bloodlust.

His ditractors within the Cult whisper that his taunts and lust-pained cries are staged, that his personalised Agoniser has a built in fail safe attuned to him and the marks it leaves are the result of wicked experiments by an unknown Haemonculi patron or master. In reality, Dra'seth is truely an arrogant, calculating, fearless sadomasochistic who delights in both the suffering of others as he does himself, savouring the unique flavour of each silver of torment, lust and despair he extracts.

In terms of rank with the Harlots, Ja'Terr would be considered second in command, a term he finds offensive to his ears and would cut almost anyone who dared air that statement, as he is the longest serving Harlot within the group, having helped Dra'seth gain the rank of Syren by inadvertinly help remove the previous Syren centuries ago, whom despite the shrew's age, he had been taken as her lover.

However, Ja'Terr's plans did not go according to plan as the previous Syren, known as Xn'satha was poisoned by Ja'Terr just enough over a period of time to diminish her skills so he could move in and urpser her control in a deal made with a secretive Haemonculus in exchange for 'supplies', young green cult members who Ja'Terr would scout for 'exotic' base materials for his creations for an undisclosed period of time.

On the day Dra'seth urpsered control from Xn'satha, and Ja'Terr prior to Dra'seth excrutiating and decadent slaughter of the once great Harlot, Xn'santha had convinced the Leading Succubi in to allowing herself to weed out the excessive amount of younger Wyches obtained as a result of a recent takeover of another Cult, basically a planned mass slaughter-fest of bloodletting to christen the 'new recruits' and flood the arena stands to the brim with salivating patrons.

However, when Ja'Terr was about to engage Xn'satha after watching her eviscerate half a dozen lesser Wyches, out of no where a young cult member shocked everyone by issuing a one on one challenge to Xn'satha, calling her an old hag and running his Wychknife down his own arm, deep enough for a fine line of blood to run down his freshly cut arm.

Surely though, everyone within the arena thought this young upstart was beyond doomed, as Xn'tha was known for her apocalyptic anger and the fool even damaged his own arm right? What happened next, however, sent the whole arena into stunted silence....the systematic symphony of Xn'satha demise at the hands of the upstart; blood soaked in his victory, Dra'seth was thrust into Xn'satha's old position as Syren of the Blood Harlots, and envied by all for his unbelivable skill.

Ja'Terr however, was enraged, his years of planning and sacrifice had in an instant been destroyed and now denied what was rightfully his, but he could not join in the detracters by saying Xn'satha was poisoned, because it was known in the Cult that Xn'atha and Ja'Terr were almost in all instances together and no one had even seen Dra'seth before the slaughter-fest.

So now, Ja'Terr must bide his time, as he knows getting rid of Dra'seth would prove to be more difficult then Xn'satha, though their recent assignment to raid Ophelia 7 may provide that chance...

Ive already had this discussion with City (who was going to do the same thing). Yes, I will. But be warn that when I hear platoon... I hear new recruits walking on the battlefield for the first time. Your casualties per battle with reflect that. Im sure 10 Vets would know how to duck and use cover wisely, but 50 greens??? not so much Razz

Kuva's Gang

Kuva - Arena Champion armed with Venom Blade, Heat Lance and Cluster Caltrops
Gry'lu & Shaar - 2 Reavers armed with Blasters
Bann - Reaver armed with Cluster Caltrops
Rakka - Reaver armed with Grav-talon
Geer, Gorr, Jhero, Ryna, Poll - 5 Reavers

Kuva has come a long way in his life. Skilled, strong and confident, his merits would have warranted a high position in the Kabal of the Poisoned Needle had it not been for his half-born nature and the Archon's outspoken pureblood preferences. As it was Kuva could never hope to ascend beyond Sybarite position; soon enough his loyalties began to fade.

He'd always shown a particular knack for piloting the Kabal's Raiders, and wondered whether he could put this talent to use in order to make a name for himself. It was at this point that he used nigh all of his funds to buy a Jetbike, which from then on he tinkered with and cared for lovingly. His first race was exhilarating, the rush of adrenaline, stimulants and pure unholy speed unlike anything he'd ever experienced before. All the limits he'd found himself at in earlier practice runs simply went out the window as his reflexes were tested to unprecedented levels. Moreover, he was winning. Pulling off an insane manoeuvre, he respectively eviscerated and decapitated the last two riders still in front of him to the elated screams of the crowd. Many such races would follow, and his newfound infamy eventually provided Kuva with the resources to buy himself out of the Kabal and become a force on his own well and true.

He immediately set about surrounding himself with other free riders and those who wished to be, intending to form a mercenary posse. Gry'lu and Shaar were first among them, twin brothers half-born into the Wych Cult of the Bladed Fist, sadly cursed with weak physique due to a technical mishap in the breeding chamber. Unable to compete in the arena, they were both marked for euthanasia but learned of it soon enough to escape the Cult compound with their lives. Living off the streets for some time, acquiring Jetbikes changed the fortunes of these two, as well; after all their other traits besides strength were still among the Bladed Fist's finest.

Bann was next, soon followed by Ukri, since deceased, then beautiful Rakka and several other riders now killed during either competitions or Kabal-financed raids. These five have formed a strong partnership and excellent teamwork over the years, though this also resulted in a collective tendency to use the posse's newer members as living shields, rather than place any faith in their abilities at all.

Geer, Gorr, Jhero, Ryna and Poll are the gang's latest additions, the latter three not even having been on a raid as part of this crew yet. Apparently, their first chance to prove themselves would be on Ophelia VII.

7 Incubi
Kalivex Quarilla: Demi-Klaives, Murderous Assualt, Onslaught.

Death stared back at him, silhouetted by a fading green light. It watched as the last of his life drained out of the hole in his stomach onto the cold ground. It come from beyond the green light and had just killed them, no reason, no cause. It just did, why......why......."Why?"

Quarrila stared at the old mon-kiegh, lost in thought. He should have just killed it when he swung at it. Yet something distracted him and left the thing bleeding out. He was angry, angry that for some reason they were nowhere within call range of the Kabal. They were lost; and instead of the warriors of worth he was meant to be dancing a bloody path through, he was here massacring mon-kiegh in rags. He heard Chura'hial approach.
"This is not what the Archon pledged to us Klaivex."
"No. It is not." He did not wish to deal with Chura'hial's blood lust right now, he wanted to find a way back. The portal had already closed and he didn't know how they would be able to get back if they couldn't find the Kabal.
Sounds crashing through nearby plants, snapped his attention back to his surroundings as several blue armoured warrior mon-kiegh came running into view. What appeared to be their leader jabbed its sword in Incubi's direction motioning them forwards. As they charged, the leader pointed its sword squarely at Quarrila's head.
A small smirk crossed his face as his grip tightened on the Klaives in his hands, gently flicking the last corpses blood from them.
"Well," he thought "We may as well get some satisfaction out of this"

Tau stealth team consisting of:

Shas'vre D'yanol Kais Lel:Coming from the twilight sept of D'yanol, Kais Lel struggled throughout her military career as her commanders passed her over time and again for other, less talented individuals due to her sept being known for its "backwater nature". During an encounted with tyranids on the eastern fringes in which Kais Lel was deployed, she took control of her squad when her Shas'ui was killed by a rampaging hormagaunt. Kais Lel retreated her squad and hid in cover until nightfall. In the dusk, with their back to the sun, Kais Lel commanded her squad to advance on the tyranid horde, killing warriors, gaunts and genestealers in a impassioned fight for their lives. Eventually forced to abandon their standard doctrine, Kais Lel had her squad sever any organic weapons from their fallen tyranid foes they could. Kais Lel fought passionately, and the battle resulted in heavy loses to the tyranid forces, while the squad of firewarriors only lost 4 men, including the fallen commander and the Shas'la earned the name Kais (Skilled). After the battle Kais Lel was promoted to Shas'Ui and moved from the firewarrior squad to a XV15 squad, where her shady tactical acumen might be better utilized. Through multiple engagements Kais Lel became known for the rapid way that she dispatched enemy forces, often far within enemy lines earning her the name Lel (Lightning), and securing her the rank of Vre, and command of her own squad.

Kais Lels XV25 stealth suit is equiped with a fusion blaster, and a targeting array. Kais Lel herself has had extensive cybernetic modifications including a Blacksun Filter, a Drone Controller, a Multi-Tracker, and a Target Lock. Kais Lel also carries a bonesword from her encounter with the tyranids. Though brittle and unusable in combat, the bonesword serves as a reminder of her deeds and inspires the rest of her squad to greater glory (acts as a bonding sword). Kais Lel typically carries a markerlight as well.

Kais Lels hand picks her team which also consists of:

Shas'ui Tash'var Shas'len'ra - A tech specialist. Shas'len'ra is a master of battlefield repair, capable of repairing malfunctioning or even highly damaged drones with a little bit of time and resources. Shas'len'ra has seen numerous battles, as far back as the slaying of his parents when he was a child at the hands of an ork. Shas'len'ra gained his name (cautious warrior) during his first battle. As his squad of fellow fire warriors fell around around him to the man to fire from a contingent of ork boyz, Shas'len'ra gathered up the weapons of his fallen comrades and hid under the bodies of the dead. Shas'len'ra took the opportunity to wire the weapons together, so that when he fired his weapon, so would the others fire. Shas'len'ra used the fire from the other weapons as a distraction to force the boyz into cover, using his own weapon to snipe any who dared show his green snout. Shas'len'ra successfully held the boyz at bay for over an hour until another unit arrived. Shas'len'ras quick thinking earned him a firewarrior squad of his own, and his tactics quickly earned him a promotion to Kais Lels stealth team. Shas'len'ra utilizes a XV15 stealth suit which is equipped with a burst cannon and a drone controller

Shas'ui Tash'var Mon'wern'a - Mon'wern'a excelled as a young firewarrior, and earned the distinction of becoming the youngest Shas to be promoted to a stealth squad. Mon'wern'a first mission in his new squad was to scout a ork camp that had taken root. Through miscalculations by his Shas'vre, the stealth squad found itself right in the middle of a band of roving ork scouts. The ensuing battle found three of the members dead. Mon'wern'a took command of the squad and hid until night, observing the movements of the ork encampment. As the camp fell asleep, Mon'wern'a saw a chance to halt the orks in their tracks. The young shas ordered the remaining squad members take up points on the flanks of the ork camp, with orders to fire shots into the opposite side of the camp, in hopes that the orks would think they were being attacked by others in their camp. In order for the ruse to work, Mon'wern'a knew that the ork leader would have to be dispatched. He took the duty onto himself, sneaking into the ork camp and assassinating the ork warboss in his sleep. Mon'wern'a plan worked like a charm and he soon found himself transferred to Kais Lels squad. Mon'wern'a wears a XV15 stealth suit that is equipped with a burst cannon and a drone controller

Shas'ui Vior'la Gal'leath - The oldest member of Kais Lels squad, Gal'leath has a bit of a fiery temper, but is the most well versed in other cultures. As a young tau, Gal'leath abandoned his responsibilities and fled the tau worlds with a gang of kroot mercenaries. His squad was hired all over the galaxy and Gal'leath saw horrors other tau might not imagine in their wildest dreams. He saw piles of desecrated bodies following a assault by chaos. Cities burning under the onslaught of the necrons, and the horrible creations of dark eldar covens. After witnessing the horrors of chaos first hand in a campaign his group was hired for assisting Cadia, Gal'leath knew his responsibility to the greater good. He returned to the Tau empire, and was quickly picked up by Kais Lel for his expanded cultural knowledge and the skills learned from the Tau mercenaries he worked for. Gal'leath pilots a XV15 stealth suit which is equipped with a burst cannon and a drone controller

Shas'ui Ke'lshan Kauyon Mont'ka - Kais Lels second in command, but couldn't be more her opposite. Strictly adhering to Tau doctrine, Kauyon Mont'ka will use single members of his team to lure enemies into a position where the rest of the team could secure a kill. While it should be noted that he has a astounding success rate which has kept him in a rank of relative power, he has lost "bait" on more than one occasion. Because of this he has been demoted from Shas'vre numerous times, and once all the way back to Shas'la. Although second in command, Kauyon Mont'ka is actually the senior military member of the group. Kauyon Mont'ka utilizes a XV15 stealth suit equipped with a fusion blaster and a drone controller

Shas'ui Tau'n Shi - Although a good soldier, Shi never excelled. She spent many years on the battlefield, never achieving rank past Shas'la. The only thing of note about her was that in the hundreds of battles Shi was a part of, as part of numerous units, never once did her squad lose a battle. Kais Lel noticed this in her records and brought her aboard as something of a "good luck charm". Shi is a veteran soldier and knows how to keep her head in the heat of battle, using her cool to help temper others. Shi wears a XV15 stealth suit that is equipped with a burst cannon and a drone controller

Good to see that you have a good number of people for this, Shadows. Do you have any idea on when you would like to get it started?

Thanks for doing this, Shadows. I just wanted to ask, being a Chaos Marine, am I serving under Huron Blackheart, or am I a different force all together?

Cheers.

yes and no, in fluff New Badab is the only safe zone for CSMs outside of the Eye of Terror. Huron allows rogue elements to use New Badab as a staging ground for assaults and what not, but they have to pay omage and tithes to the Tyrant of Badab. One of the tithes is if the Tyrant goes to war, they get dragged along as well...
