| Wait, Master Haemonculus? I was under the impression that Covens tended to be more of a Confederacy of more-or-less equals acting like a horrific version of a research team, besides the obviously superior Haemonculus like Rakarth.

Well in BFG, the fleet commanders are Dread Archons, not Dread Admirals. For Eldar Corsairs, the fleet commander is called the Pirate Prince (For example, Yriel's is/was a Pirate Prince).
