I have no issue waiting, I have an issue with the seemingly sporadic and glaringly biased approach GW takes with their roll-outs. I have an issue waiting with no concept of an end date.

| "No concept of an end date" You've hit the nail on the head there. I actually feel less annoyed knowing T'au are first and on the way, rather than not knowing who or when the next book will be. | |

I have no issue waiting, I have an issue with the seemingly sporadic and glaringly biased approach GW takes with their roll-outs. I have an issue waiting with no concept of an end date. I'm completely agree with you. Imagine that you go to a restaurant. There's more people, but you take a sit and wait for your turn. The time go on, and you're waiting patiently, but you're feeling upset because in all these time, no one has come to you to say something like "we sorry, the kitchen is doing his best, we will atend you soon". Then a new clients dressed of gold appears on the restaurant and the waiter serve them before you, that has been waiting soo long. You are pissed off, and you start to complaints to the restaurant, and only after complainment someones approach you and gives you the menu. You think "All right, this is my turn, I has been seing that the cheff cooks fast, so i'm not going to wait no much longer". But you wrong becouse, misteriously, after all the important clients were served the cheff has started to cook slowly. And here you are, waiting again with no explanation about how many more time you will be waiting, counting the people with no food and whispering like a demented "oh, there's only 2 people without food so in the worst scenary i'm just will have to wait a little more. I wish the food be tasty" This is the behavior of GW with us. I'm very upset, and is not for the wait, is for the obvious difference of treatment. I don't care if GW sells more SM than DE, because if i want a miniature i will pay the same that a SM player (well, in deed, much more. All we know the price of the DE). I can understand the people who says that only matter if the codex is good. And that is the worst part. The treatment of GW with us is so bad that we settle for something as obvious as a company that creates a game to put a balanced rules. If this were a restaurant I would have left a while ago, but the problem is all the time and money that I have invested in miniatures. I'm sorry for the wall that i have wrote. I hope you can understand my current feeling of frustration xD

I love the miniatures, love the background. If you don't like the food at a restaurant (or the prices) cook at home. And like cooking at home, I enjoy the process. I'm just glad I'll be able to finish my 8th edition fan-codex before the real one is released.

| @Rodi Sikni That's pretty much how I feel on the matter. People are all too willing to forget GW is a company as well, and we don't owe them *anything* when it comes to their treatment of us. | |

My favorite is reading the comments on the FB site. When someone feels compelled to apologize on behalf of the fanbase for a certain behavior. ..they're a for-profit company. You won't find me apologizing to them anytime soon.

| So just seen part of the cover for April White Dwarf. It has a byline ‘ancient evils’. What do you think? | |

| Let's be honest, what factions don't have claim to ancient evils? Necrons are inherent, Tyranids are millions of years old There's the chaos gods for another,
You can relate the term to just about any faction aside from T'au

| Ancien Evil"S" = 2 codex in one month more likely. so necron + drukhari as I understand it. They have done it before, lets hope for it | |

I would honestly prefer our codex coming out separately, more chance of getting new kits.

I would honestly prefer our codex coming out separately, more chance of getting new kits. Not sure about it. Necrons have new models. If we're released at the same time than them, maybe we'll have some too.

| I think it's safe to say we will not be getting any new models. Normally I would agree with the necrons monopolizing the term"ancient evil, but didn't their fluff retcon a lot of That? I didn't think they were so grim these days.
Still don't think it will be DE. I'm pretty set on a mid April release date and don't expect anything earlier than that.

We are talking about the April white dward cover, so yes it is april Not necessarily. White dwarf covers the last half of the previous month and the first half of the month it sells for. Could be referring to a Necron release end of March. Hell, could refer to a DE release end of March.

That's correct. They basically went from 'the souls of a dying race, trapped within mechanical bodies by malevolent star-gods, whose only purpose is to purge the galaxy of all other life' to 'grumpy old men shouting at the other races for playing their music too lous'. Had I the talent, I'd model all my new Necrons with long beards, and have them hunched over and using their guns as walking sticks.

| To be fair, Necrons and the true Kin are the "most ancient" evils apart from Tyranids. We even predate Chaos.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got new models, actually. But at best I suspect plastic re-releases that share parts of the Daughters of Khaine molds. Nothing to get overly excited about.

| If that referred to Drukhari and NOT Necrons then it would be a real troll move by GW. I think it could be both factions- it would be weird to describe Necrons as plural evil. Much better to just say ‘an ancient evil’. | |

Seriously, though, it's necrons.
