That price tag for the Archon book is just outrageous. It does come with the supplement - but let's break it down.

50 for the actual codex
50 for the supplement
33 for the paint guide
with known prices

So where is the other 120 dollars coming from?

The tokens we will say are 7 dollars. Now we have 110 to find?!?

The extra is for the sexy cardboard case that your 'dex comes with.

Voidraven is AUS$115, better have some wraithknight level rules for that price.

Like you save $6 on the swift shard and sky splinter bundle, and 7 on the shadow of the void.

I though so too. But the 2 Ravenwing Fighters are 49.50 each so 90 bucks. Then the 80 dollar Void Bomber= 170.

But the swiftshard and splinter do look like 7 dollars in savings.

I preordered it the archon edition - a first for me in regards to GW limited things... Keen to see if it was worth it... Though here in Aus, the excess cost is less extreme. Regardless, happy I made the call to go that way

I kinda feel the same way about BS +1. Sure it's more useful than initiative, but unless more units get drugs this time around its not that great since most units with drugs are assault units. I'd rather them be better in close combat than shoot themselves out if assault range.

That natfka article is full of crap.   I just read the battle report, pfp works just like it currently does with perhaps a small twist.  It sounds like any unit that participated in killing an enemy unit gets the token.  

In other words it is not auto set by turn number and it is certainly not "every" de unit. Honestly I wouldn't trust anything else they have to say.

Now one interesting thing is that I don't see mention of haywire grenades. The wyches killed a Wyvern using plasma grenades in assault. Unless that was a "typo".

The current rumors also said beasts had to be taken in groups of 12. The battle report lists 3 beastmaster sand 4 khaemera; that doesn't add up. Yep, total crap being spouted today.
